Personal service rep and carpets look and feel great.
Paid more to clean carpets in a house less than half the size of my previous house and 2 days later my carpets are still wet. I believe the technician didn’t appreciate our conversation about the cost. He upcharged based on one room that was larger by 20 square feet—added a hallway which I had counted as the fifth room. There were long dressers and queen size beds in all three of the bedrooms which certainly accounted for those 20 feet. He was pretty rude about the whole thing but I had already moved all of the other items out and vacuumed so didn’t want to reschedule with another company. I went out of town the next morning and left fans running on the wet areas more than 12 hours after the service. Now it’s been more than 48 hours later the carpet is still wet in areas and my house smells bad. I don’t know how you could make things right. This is the first time I’ve used your service and it did come recommended. My socks collect moisture when I walk on them.
Our carpet looks brand new. The tech was very professional & did a wonderful job!

Kevin, your person in charge of our cleaning did a fantastic job. The carpet has not looked this good in a long time. He explained how things would be done but also took the time to answer questions even though we were interrupting him.

We have used Zeroez multiple times, and have been happy with results. Our technician, Derek, arrived as expected, was very professional, and did a thorough job in refreshing our carpet.
The product cleans my carpet. Does not leave any residue. My carpet is soft and the pattern shows up better after the cleaning. My carpet is off white and it looks like new.

They did not clean under my recliners. I offered to move them but Jacob never told me when he was ready so I forgot about it. I did not realize until after he left that those areas had not been cleaned.
Poor Scheduling! We need to know at least a beginning window - morning or afternoon when scheduling. Narrower window sooner than 24 hours in advance would be nice.

I recently purchased a home and didn’t want to do the typical steamer services that I’ve used for years with the end result being “good enough”. I researched the various cleaning services, reading and RE-reading the reviews. I had a very large area(both carpet and a lot of original hardwood installed in 87’)
I crossed my fingers and scheduled Zerorez, Tevin showed up with his van filled with machinery that looked like a rocket ship! Tevin spent several minutes explaining the process for carpet, hardwood, and even the tile that he would POWER WASH!! i left him expecting to hear from him in two hours saying he was done(all the services in the past would spend maybe 2 hours and done) After almost 5 hours, Tevin called to tell me he was finishing up…I met him at the house and was STUNNED when I walked in and saw the hardwoods literally SPARKLING!!!! The carpets looked gorgeous as well, but Lordy my hardwoods look incredible! Zerorez is a jewel in our city! Customer service is first and foremost, and pride in the work is something we just don’t see anymore!
Will ONLY use Zerorez from now on, puts the chem clean and Stanley’s to shame!!
