I thought the grout would be restored. The technician offered to clean it again.
I declined. But I didn't realize at the time that places in front of the stove, under some kitchen cabinets and corners were completely missed.

Thomas Bumrell was very polite and very professional. The family room rug was very soiled and he removed all the spots.

Derek came back for a re-do in the basement. He gave it his best efforts and when he left, the carpet looked pretty good. I believe we just need to replace the carpet because the stains, even though it looks remarkably better, are still there.

I would recommend this company. They were professional, prompt, and worked hard to get out the stains.

Punctual and professional

The carpet cleaning we had a couple of weeks ago was excellent. I called back to schedule an appointment for the tile because you offered me a coupon.

I was disappointed with the results of the tile cleaning - specifically the grout cleaning. The cleaner (he never told me his name) started at the beginning by acting shocked at how old the tile was. Quality porcelain tile 10-12 yrs old in perfect condition. It was in the house when we bought it. The tile has design indentations that make it easy to trap dirt and more work to clean. He did point out that it no cracks or breaks. The tile cleaned up nicely.

The grout cleaning was less effective. The “special brush” for the grout was too wide to be effective. I saw no other special cleaner or effort made on the grout. We were told that the tile was “too old to clean better and that we needed to get it replaced.” He didn’t seem to make any extra effort. If I had been thinking, I would have suggested it.

In our experience, we had good results with scrubbing with baking soda and a brush. Sprinkling baking soda on the grout would have made everything else much better. I don’t think baking soda leaves any residue and does not have a scent.
We hired someone to clean the floor because it is difficult work for 2 old people. We have done it in the past, so we know it can be better.
I was most offended by his negative comments and excuses about why he didn’t do a better job.

Since I didn’t see the receipt until I got the email after he left, I did not notice that we did not get credit for the coupon. I have thought about this response for a few days. I hope my sharing this helps you do a better job for someone else. All in all, I am not willing to give a good review for the tile cleaning.

My appointment was from 8-11, and working from home I moved all my conference calls to the afternoon to be available and limit disruptions on a video call. I received no call and no notification that my window had changed. After I inquired on the missed appointment, a rep was there within the hour. I had to pause my video conference during a performance management discussion and then hop back on. The front door was left open without telling me in advance (knowing we had dogs) and on the next call had to leave a meeting with my boss as my three dogs got out. I was unaware the door needed to be opened otherwise I would've been happy to put them away. Because of the missed appointment, I was also rushing to show the tech the areas we wanted clean which was a challenge for him to start/stop/start again. He was great and accommodating but frustrating none the less for him. My phone cord I just purchased also was shredded in the process. Possible it was tucked under the bed, but I was surprised that was an honest conversation with the tech prior to him leaving. During booking, the rep was not giving us the special price clearly outlined unless we asked for it. Considering the amount that went wrong in the appointment and hiding that you ruined my cord plus overall fails with communication, it just feels like an integrity concern with this company. The cleaning was good, carpet smells fine, but the experience I am very surprised with.

Our technician Thomas explained everything he would be doing, in what order he would be doing them, and had before & after pictures so I could see the improvement. He was careful in the home - protecting walls and corners. Now I just wait for my Oriental carpet to come back!

The technician was very thorough. I also like the nontoxic cleaning solution and that it doesn’t leave a chemical smell or sticky feel to the carpets. Definitely very satisfied!

prompt service. nice technicians. getting a re-visit to see if stains on berber carpet will come out. might need to use a different cleaning method or different brush.

or.....the carpet may need to be replaced. zerorez more than willing to try again. would recommend this company
