Carpet cleaning is excellent. The entire process from making an appointment to the tech coming to my home was very positive.

Carpet didn’t come clean. Still spots in some places and just generally dirty in high traffic areas. Just disappointed.

Cleaner said it should be dry in 4-5hrs, ceiling fans on. A day and a half later, still damp in spots. This isn’t that important (dry time) and is typical but u should change your messaging/expectations.

On time and thorough cleaning!

My last technician was very thorough and efficient! I truly appreciate how clean my carpet smells and knowing that my house was handled with kid gloves.

It is very easy to schedule the service on line. I have used Zerorez two time for upholstery cleaning. I was pleased with the results and the technicians who came to do the job were very polite and efficient. I would recommend Zerorez. I have not had carpet cleaning service done yet.

Good cleaning, and good friendly service,

The team was here for about 45 min to do 5 rooms of carpet. There was no evidence that they did anything to the master bedroom or closet which were part of the rooms pointed out to them. There was an area in front of the loveseat that did not appear to have been cleaned either. Some areas were done well but overall we were disappointed and for what we paid it was not worth it. We will not us Zerorez again and will not recommend it. Judy Last name removed

The person that cleaned seemed to be in a hurry. We have dark streaks in some areas and a few brown stains in another. It’s like the water wasn’t absorbed totally. Took a full 24 hours for the carpets to dry. This is with floor fans and ceiling fans non-stop. Granted our carpets are older, but it doesn’t explain the streaking and staining.

Everything, carpets always turn out gorgeous and Marcus was so polite and knowledgeable.

Our carpet is still damp 2 to 3 days later. Not enough moisture was extracted.

My carpets are very clean with no residue from the cleaning solutions. That was always my main complaint with other cleaning services. Also, I had very bad stains in the traffic area that is now completely gone, and that never happened before either. The agents that came, Nathan and Jacob, were very kind and knowledgeable. They explained everything to us so there was no surprise. I have already told people about Zero Rez and recommend you highly to anyone.
