Service was on time, professional, and did an excellent job cleaning carpets.
You sent out the technician to re-clean and cushions that didn’t have the “black/dark lines now have them. The sofa actually looks a little cleaner with the exception of the dark areas. Your technician stated that it could’ve been his fault due to a tag fade or tools used but then filled out the last invoice for the re-clean stating there was a red stain - don’t know where that came from! I felt he did a good job but still no answers as to why my sofa looks this way. Very frustrating and truly not very happy with no return call after the tech suggested I call.

I was really impressed with how my carpets looked after my cleaning. I had an elderly cat who unfortunately made some messes so after my cleaning, all the stains were gone. My carpets looked so much better and smelled nice. My technician, Marcus, was very courteous and explained every thing that he was doing. He was very thorough, so pleasant to deal with and talk to. I really like the idea of how the process was done and that it there was no harsh chemicals used so it was safe for my other pet and me.
You have good people. I have used you 3 times over the years and each time, I have felt good about the quality of the work and the quality of the workers.

We were impressed with the attention to detail and courtesy extended to us by the Zerorez associates. Matt immediately assessed the work load and requested a second truck to ensure that the job was done in a timely manner. We were pleased with how they guarded cabinets and corners from the cleaning equipment. We will definitely use Zerorez again for carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning. Great team work!
