Disappointed in remaining stains in the master bedroom. I understand the walking path will show wear, but wondering why the stains did not get removed.

Technician was professional and did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets. Any soiled spots are stains were removed. My opinion is your service is pricey but in the final analysis, worth it. I would suggest a final rake over or some other? method to improve the appearance of the cleaned carpet. A quick vacuum afterthe carpet dried took care of the appearance. We will use again.

I thought the grout would be restored. The technician offered to clean it again.
I declined. But I didn't realize at the time that places in front of the stove, under some kitchen cabinets and corners were completely missed.

Thomas Bumrell was very polite and very professional. The family room rug was very soiled and he removed all the spots.

Derek came back for a re-do in the basement. He gave it his best efforts and when he left, the carpet looked pretty good. I believe we just need to replace the carpet because the stains, even though it looks remarkably better, are still there.

I would recommend this company. They were professional, prompt, and worked hard to get out the stains.
