Well, now that it is dry, the spots are back and bigger. The spots behind the sofa look treated, but not shampooed and are white spots now. Also, I had fabric attached over 2 holes in the sofa and it was removed and left open. and has nothing to do with cleaning the carpet. That was really uncalled for. The noise of the fans was very annoying and I couldn't wait till it was over. I should have looked at these problems before they left, but i was just glad to be done. I've used Zerorez for years and always had one person and they did a good job. I do not know what was the problem this time BUT never again. Sorry.

We’ve been very pleased in years past. The guy who came this year did a good job cleaning the carpet; however, he bumped into the woodwork along the floor, leaving marks in a number of places. This was never an issue in previous years. Employees need to be instructed on the importance of being more careful not to bang into the floor molding.

Kevin called and let us know when his arrival time would be and was right on time. He explained the cleaning process and did a great job cleaning our sectional, even damp I could see a real improvement. He offered to add a protective treatment but we declined. This was our first experience with your company and we’re pleased. The reason I chose Zerorez was the positive reviews I read from your customers. Thank you!

It took a little longer for the carpets to dry than I expected. I knew the carpets smelled like dirty dog before cleaning but the whole room smells like it now. Am sure that will go away.

Thank you so much for coming out and cleaning. I don't remember the guy's name but he showed up early which was perfect and we were able to add a couch cleaning onto my service. He was super nice. Talked with me for a while. Did a thorough job. Helped move some furniture since I have a small house. I hope this message makes it to him because it was nice having a friendly person.

You use a large revolving brush

Well, it seemed that the technician was really going above and beyond to clean some areas that had had dog accidents but the odor still remains :-(.

Tell me in advance what my plus 1 is. (I thought plus 1 was a free room) If I forget to move 1 small object ask me about it, don’t just clean around it. Don’t shock a person by quoting a price a 100.00 over the estimate. When paying a tip add on is ridiculous. Finally if your technician says he will get you something to put under a couple pieces of furniture before putting the items back, he needs to ensure he does.

Ther eervicr was good. I had a coupon code I thought I put in from our realtor- and it didn’t show up on the final bill.
The service techs were good and I am sure they did all the things you wanted- greeting, walkthrough, updates and final. I was on conference calls with work and was not used to that much detail, so I was not very attentive or receptive. I appreciated it- but could not engage.

Jacob was very professional and informative. He did an amazing job cleaning our heavily pet soled carpet. We love the results!
