The technician was professional, thorough and personable.
No happy with results. Kenny came twice. carpet shows streaks. I asked him to go the opposite direction and he said he would not make a difference. I disagreed and told him so. the extracting tool had a 2 inch gap in the middle this the streak. I agreed the carpet was dirty but I think it could have been cleaned better.

I appreciate that the associates firstly went through the house to make sure they understood exactly what I wanted cleaned. Then, they began the work and cleaned until everything looked great. Unfortunately a few stains on the sectional did come back after drying and drying took about 14-16 hrs rather than the 4-6 that I had been told(however I believe that it was due to the humidity and the rain we got, NOT, due to misinformation or ineptitude

The man who came to clean my home was by far the best vendor I’ve had work at my home. He was kind. Polite and attentive to my needs. He did a phenomenal job at cleaning my carpets. They looked horrible before he started and he made them look almost new. I can’t thank him enough. I only wish I could give him a big tip somehow.
I have always liked your service and have always been pleased with the results. However, this time I called as I had my daughter's dog urinate all over my new carpet. All furniture was removed from the room and so I had you spot treat the areas where the dog had urinated (Not clean the entire room). The technician worked hard on those spots with enzyme cleaners, pet treatment, deep clean and explained that if the smell was not completely removed to call back and they would return to work on it again. I really appreciated that as I was concerned about the smell in brand new carpeting - this is why I called you rather than another carpet cleaning company.
After a couple of days, when the carpet had completely dried, I could still smell the urine.
I called to schedule to have the technician return to work again on the spots but was told that I would have to pay even MORE money to have the technician return. I paid approx.$160 for the spot treatment the first time and the scheduler stated that I would have to pay $75 to have them return and that the work was NOT guaranteed. The schedule insisted that the technician did not do a spot treatment but just cleaned the carpets - I attempted to explain that that was not the case but she refused to listen. She pointed out that I signed an agreement stating it was not guaranteed and that I agreed to pay more.
It is my fault that I did not read what I signed at the end - I took the word of the technician that stated if his treatment did not work that he would return - I did not realize that the work was not guaranteed. Additionally, I assumed that the staff would be informed as to the specific work completed instead of attempting to argue the matter.
It is unfortunate that this has taken place - I had trust in this company to do honest work but due to the schedulers I have lost that trust.
Very quick response to all inquires. The service tech kept me up to date on the progress as he went through our entire office space. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Excellent work, the carpet they cleaned had been in a house that had sat vacant for 8+ years and had stains all over. Aside from one small walkway the carpet (which is a pretty gnarly 60's mustard colored wool) was completely clean! Thank you for brining some life back to the carpet until I can get new floors put in!
