Used Zerorez several times and usually not an issue. Had a scheduling challenge to work around that I wasn’t thrilled about, but when the job was done, it was as good as always.

Hello! We had Zerorez come out to clean our carpets on Saturday, October 7th. The associate was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I felt he was rushing and as a result, we had some areas that were missed. More specifically, there was a line of dirty carpet along the transition to the hard floor that was completely missed. You can see a long line of black where he missed. Also, there were areas around a rug that were missed in the same way. We have a rug in the middle of a floor and there was no cleaning done under or around the rug, therefore leaving a large black square in this area. I can provide pictures if needed of these missed areas. Ultimately, I would like Zerorez to come back out and clean the areas that were missed. Please have someone contact me as soon as possible.
