I think too much water was used and as a result my carpet was damp longer than it should’ve been. I chose zerorez was specifically because I’d heard the exact opposite (that you don’t use as much water as your competitors).
I am happy that immediate action was taken to resolve the situation but disappointed that it happened in the first place.
Was told I would receive a manger call back (I thought same day) following a re-service. This hasn’t happened.
The re-service seemed fine but will know in a few days if the carpet looks clean when it fully dries. I don’t have a lot of hope but will see.
