I recently purchased a home and didn’t want to do the typical steamer services that I’ve used for years with the end result being “good enough”. I researched the various cleaning services, reading and RE-reading the reviews. I had a very large area(both carpet and a lot of original hardwood installed in 87’)
I crossed my fingers and scheduled Zerorez, Tevin showed up with his van filled with machinery that looked like a rocket ship! Tevin spent several minutes explaining the process for carpet, hardwood, and even the tile that he would POWER WASH!! i left him expecting to hear from him in two hours saying he was done(all the services in the past would spend maybe 2 hours and done) After almost 5 hours, Tevin called to tell me he was finishing up…I met him at the house and was STUNNED when I walked in and saw the hardwoods literally SPARKLING!!!! The carpets looked gorgeous as well, but Lordy my hardwoods look incredible! Zerorez is a jewel in our city! Customer service is first and foremost, and pride in the work is something we just don’t see anymore!
Will ONLY use Zerorez from now on, puts the chem clean and Stanley’s to shame!!

I was nervous having never had our carpets or furniture professionally cleaned. But I am kicking myself that I waited so long to do it. The online scheduling made it incredibly easy to book. The associate that did the cleaning was so professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to assuring he did the best job. Our carpet and couch look absolutely gorgeous and was shocked at how well our white couch cleaned up (even the parts that I originally thought weren’t dirty). I will absolutely be using Zerorez from here on out and can’t recommend it enough!

Tech did great job cleaning and explaining what he would be doing. Took his time and did diligent job.
I had two light colored upholstered chairs cleaned that are in great shape and all over pretty clean except for some dirt and stains on the arms of the chair (body oil from hands). A couple of small spots on the cushions.
Before moving forward, I asked the technician, Joe, if the Zerorez process could remove the dirt and stains that were present. He assured me that it could be done.
That was not the case. The dirt and stains and spots remained after drying. I will now have to pay AGAIN for someone else to clean them properly. I cannot recommend Zerorez.
Matt was my technician, on time, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Matt explained what he was doing and why along with answering all of my questions completely. The work was excellent and timely.
My final question to Matt, am I able to request you for our next service? The answer was yes.

The guys Aaron and Nate were friendly to us and our dogs. Even with just the standard clean, the carpet looks and smells so much better.
