The carpets were dirty....but they now look brand new! I would recommend Zerorez to anyone!

It doesn’t leave the carpet really wet! They clean the spot area very thorough.
Somehow the cleaner went to our residence, not our new condo. I lost 1/2 hour of painting at our residence to prepare for a showing, so I was quite stressed out. I did not check the job as invited to because I needed to get back home. When I went upstairs Friday, I saw a huge spot/stain on the floor. He did not mention it. Also, there was dust in the upstairs closet, which leads me to believe that it was not cleaned. The cleaner was professional and friendly, it's just that the scheduled cleaning ended up being on a bad day and his address screw-up added to the stress.

My couch still smells and feels dirty in some spots. The cleaner was lovely and I would recommend him but the process of getting the couch clean lacks. Definitely NOT worth the 300 dollars I spent
