Well, it seemed that the technician was really going above and beyond to clean some areas that had had dog accidents but the odor still remains :-(.

Tell me in advance what my plus 1 is. (I thought plus 1 was a free room) If I forget to move 1 small object ask me about it, don’t just clean around it. Don’t shock a person by quoting a price a 100.00 over the estimate. When paying a tip add on is ridiculous. Finally if your technician says he will get you something to put under a couple pieces of furniture before putting the items back, he needs to ensure he does.

Ther eervicr was good. I had a coupon code I thought I put in from our realtor- and it didn’t show up on the final bill.
The service techs were good and I am sure they did all the things you wanted- greeting, walkthrough, updates and final. I was on conference calls with work and was not used to that much detail, so I was not very attentive or receptive. I appreciated it- but could not engage.

Jacob was very professional and informative. He did an amazing job cleaning our heavily pet soled carpet. We love the results!

I like that they don’t use chemicals. Carpet dries quickly and soft. We never use anyone else to clean our carpet.

On time. Thorough cleaning. Another company didn’t clean risers, only steps! Your service man cleaned both and gave care to the EDGE which is unusually dirty ! Yea!

Our experience was very good. I was able to be scheduled for service within just 3 days. Brandon called to give me about a 40 minute notice and arrived on time. Our technician, He did an excellent job, was friendly and explained the process thoroughly. The carpet was basically dried within 3-5 hours and looks so much better.

Brandon was amazing in his customer service. He explained the process completely and was very knowledgeable. We have 4 kids who have have spilled things and tracked dirt all over the carpet.
After getting them cleaned the carpet looks brand new!

We had a spot, not sure what it is but unfortunately it did not come out, my husband forgot to mention it to the cleaner so I don’t think he added more cleaner or worked on it longer. I wasn’t home to tell the cleaner about it.

We had some dark spots show up after the carpet dried in places where there were no spots prior to cleaning. Not sure if some residue from spots cleaned in other locations could have leaked back out. hopefully more.

Joe did a great job cleaning. He was courteous and professional.

The technicians were friendly but professional; answered all my questions. I like the idea of "no residue" left in my carpets. They took more than the "4-6 hours" they told me for the carpet to dry but they look and smell great.
