What our clients think of us!

Timely technician. Low pressure on explaining extra services and how Zerorez works.

Kevin was knowledgeable and very friendly. Great job!

Excellent

The technician was extremely polite and knowledgeable, I am going to take advantage of the 30 day garentee I'm hoping Jake is my guy. I think there's a spot I want to hit 1 more time

Love the way my carpet feels and looks after cleaning.
Cole is also awesome tech

He was very thorough and polite!!

Your techs are always kind and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales pushes, either. We had Kenny this time. Nice guy!

I like the whole idea of no odor and no residue.

The service was easy to schedule and the technician was on time, explained what he would be doing and answered any questions I had. His work was done carefully and with good results.
Our carpets look clean and refreshed. He told us of other services the company can provide.
Overall were pleased with the service.

Very thorough and timely service. Technician was Courtice and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. Asked Tech to be careful of corner wall due to other companies damage with hose. He had corner protection and no damage found.

Professional, Respectful, Priced reasonably, No harsh chemicals or odor. Carpets clean and soft. Technician very professional & knowledgeable.

It would be nice if the techs. would move small pieces of furniture

Did not have 3 rooms and a hallway as your special asked for. Had two rooms and a large (10 x 12) rug which I thought could be counted as the the hallway or 3rd room. No
You said no

The technician called & gave me his estimated time of arrival. He was prompt and polite. He asked me what I wanted & expected for the carpet. He explained what he was going to & how the Zerorez product works. He finished the job and went over the instructions on what to do after the carpet was cleaned and then made sure I didn’t have any more questions before he left.

Fast service, friendly staff, great job!

Kenny, your associate was very punctual and offered additional services that were desperately needed. We had the additional protection added for a small amount however it was worth it. The carpet is 17 years old and looks great now.

The tech was professional, did his work in a timely manor, explained everything and even offered more services. When I opted out of the extra services he respected my decisions. The carpets are clean and they dried quickly. I have used them 2 times now and I will continue to use Zerorez.
