The staff is very nice and understands your need. Customer service is excellent.

I have always appreciated your quickly letting me know if there are changes needed to my schedule so I can alter my plans. One time, I needed help Right away (on a Sunday) and there was someone here in a couple of hours. The young women - especially Ranjeet and Lina, fit in well with Name removed and I. The come to work properly dressed, are helpful, friendly and do whatever is required to make my days easier. I would recommend these two to families that have someone with Alzheimer's as their patience and time with him make me feel better at their interactions.
Ranjeet thinks outside the box and comes up with solutions to my sometimes overloaded mind trying to do things. She is a treasure much to be appreciated by anyone who has her help. Sincerely, Barbara

There was one person who was totally unsuitable in her manners, her clothing and several other things. We were definitely not a match but I guess that is bound to happen - but you more than made up for it with Ranjeet. And it was handled so that there was no stress for me - I had enough to deal with.

After re-reading this, I decided to change to a 10 but didn't know how to do it - sorry, but I give you permission to change it. B

The workers are very good at what they do with my son they are helpful and trustworthy especially as I am not at home when they are there. Thank you.

Very caring workers. Expert service. Quick service in emergency situations. Availability for receiving help is great. 24/7 connection to your office when we need information or to make schedule changes. Thank for your help.

Inconsistent care. Schedulers who do not listen or use brains. Caregivers who have rcmp called on them.

Professional services

The women who have taken care of Granny Great have been very kind and gentle....leaving us little updates on her nights. We are very grateful for Nurse Next Door 👍👍👍

Not perfect, but nothing ever is.

First 2 gals that came really didn't have a clue what to do. Shelley has been awesome and she can relate with me better than the younger gals.

Caregivers dnt know how to provide daily living assistance and not time punctually and caregivers dnt give a damm bcz they are not supervised

It has been a great help for my Dad. He appreciates the domestic help. The have been just one ir two logistical woops that i could not give a perfect score.

the cost

This is due to my main caregiver Gisele. She is extremely precise and thorough.Very kind and compassionate woman who obviously takes much pride in her work as she does in herself! Always neat and tidy in her appearance ,where as some of the others have come looking like they just woke up. Gisele genuinely cares about her paitients/ clients. She goes above and beyond to ensure that all of the needs are met. Gisele is extremely thorough with the stockings and makes sure that they are on comfortably. I am extremely fortunate to have her as my main care giver. I feel safe when she is around as she watches my every step and is there beside me in case i slip and fall . Gisele is the only one out of all that have been here whom I feel safe with in bathing me as she is strong and i feel that she would be able to manouver me in a safe manner. Thank you gisele and Nurse Next Door!

I would give a higher rating but the cost is a bit high.

They were efficient,professional, prompt, caring. Not only did they provide my Dad with great care while I was away but they kept me informed at every step, giving me peace of mind.

I have two different workers and they are different. One I find a better fit for my daughter and very helpful, the other is good but not as helpful. All communication with members of Nurse next door have been wonderful. I’m pleased

Having someone to assist with things around the house helps a lot especially when you live alone.
