Except for the one person, the nurses you have sent have been hard workers, caring caregivers to both my husband and I. Your notifications are prompt as are your replies. The office staff are very pleasant and are quick to offer solutions and /or help.
We love our caregiver, however, the recommendation would depend on the location of people needing help. We would like to have more on call caregivers for last minute appointments throughout the weekdays, not just an ongoing schedule.
Eve is great and Arnnie is always available.

The homecare woman I had was not very bright. She couldn’t follow basic instructions. I cancelled the service because of her extreme stupidity.
Worst part about this is that this woman’s lack of basic cognitive skills is going to hurt someone. I’m young and observant, so when the care worker put the giant butcher knife unsheathed in the miscellaneous appliance drawer, instead of the drawer in the sheath where she put it every other time, where she was told to put it repeatedly. And when I almost cut my hand wide open following her visit, and then I brought it up to her upon my return, she literally stared at me like a deer in headlights. Then called me particular. Yeah. I’m not particular because I don’t want to ruin my $200 knife and/or cut my hand off. Get outta here. She also couldn’t figure out how to clip together a basic Walmart drying rack. Which is just mind blowing.

If the rest of your caregivers are as efficient and kind and helpful as the girl I have (Roxanne) then you obviously are doing things the right way
Our very first visit was a missed visit. We were told that all of our visits would be covered and now cannot be!
1 - Difficulty of finding people to meet my schedule needs.
2 - I was told that the care giver would be able to drive my wife around if need; however, from the three care givers that were sent my way, none had a car.
All the staff and services we have received are outstanding and always accommodating.

Client care planners are easy to work with to plan the appropriate person with your family member, based on needs. We have been delighted with the companion care providers, so far.
We have been using your service for around a year now. With my father aging and my mum with alzheimer's the companionship that you offer for my mum is priceless. My brothers and I aren't able to see mum as much as we would like(I live 4.5hrs away). Your service offers mum a companion that has become an important part of her week and her life. I would recommend you because you don't just offer support. You offer friendship and companionship to the people you care for. Your workers become family.
we have found that the caregivers will follow instruction fairly well but do not seem to do things on their own. example if you have activities available puzzles, coloring, exercises but do not specifically write or verbally instruct caregivers to engage the care person in the activity they often do not make an effort to encourage the care person to do things. Much easier to sit and watch TV.
The care that Ronda has been providing to my parents has exceeded my expectations.
The initial visit with the care coordinator was very positive for my self and our daughter Christine. We felt very comfortable going forward. The first visit of the care giver from Nurses went very well, the young lady (Ashley) was very polite, and interested in what I wished her to try to do with Joan while I was away (i.e, exercises, sort of things Joan might like to do). Ashley was very professional, yet quite personable, and I felt quite fine that things would go okay while I was away.
