1st visit was great!
2nd visit, caregiver sprained ankle, did not speak English, did not know how to use the washer. Had to give her a ride home.

Compared to no show AHS homecare, you responded to every phone call, called back as promised, showed up as promised, and were flexible and responsive to requests and changes in services required, following a friend's return from hospital after major spine surgery.

Your company is very good at being able to provide HCA services but are not very often able to provide LPN services when needed

We love Joan! Joan and mom have a wonderful relationship.....she is more than just a care aid.

What they told me what was going to be given at time of appointment was not given. They did not even check my vitals when I kept asking for it and they told me it was an hour visit that I paid for , they were literally with me for maybe 15 min if that ! every visit? Not too impressed, plus the first couple appointments they didn’t have any nurses for me.

Selena walked in the door - very friendly - and even knew some of our relatives. She was cheerful and easy to be with.

The other thing about your organization is that we could stay with you into our older age when we begin to need help physically or with tasks like cooking, etc. You seem to be very adaptable with what you offer.

I was so happy to have Agnetta here when I came home from hospital after day surgery. She was of immeasurable help in showing me what needed to be done, and was so calm and reassuring during what was a very stressful time for me. Having here here was a great comfort.

Our care giver Aster provides amazing care for my aunt. She is kind, compassionate, works very hard and always has a smile! Living so far away from my aunt has been very difficult difficult, but now I sleep well knowing she is well cared for.

Great staff, very accomadating

Well I had stay there and watch how he did things and a lot of clothes were put away wrinkled and completely the wrong way so I had to re due my laundry to get all the wrinkles out of all my shirts and jeans, he said he did the carpets and there was still dirt on the carpets but the counters everything else were great

Inconsistency and too many shift cancellations without coverage. I was left to choose between cancelling my job or leaving my chid unattended.

Easy to set up, great service provided for my personal nursing needs following surgery. I am from out of town, and it was a relief to know my needs were not only met but available so I could comfortably stay overnight. They came directly to my hotel. I have since used the service again.
