Mitchelle and Lacie have been such a pleasure.
NND was able to supply an overnight caretaker, Bridget, the day we came home from the hospital. Having caretakers here when i needed help took a load off our children, who had spent a lot of time at the hospital with their Dad & needed a break too. Arnnie Lachica was very helpful in getting us set up for care & when i had questions or concerns. We had 7 caregivers over the course of our time with NND & they were very professional and most made an effort to engage with my husband. Two even cooked a special dish for us so we could experience their culture. I appreciate all they did to get us through the first month navigating a new routine.

The young lady that was assigned to my father-in-law, was very kind, patient and just overall, a very sweet, caring young woman.
From the first point of contact, all the staff we spoke to were awesome to deal with. Chelsea took our information first, she's very pleasant, kind and efficient, she forwarded our request to Lacie, the same day of contact. Lacie called us back the following business day and she too was very pleasant, kind and quick as well, we received all the information we needed well in advance for the scheduled date. Would use this service again and will be recommending among friends & family!
The services you provide do wonders to help people in long term care to stay mentally active. This also helps them physically especially if the companion can help them get some exercise.

We have provided our comments in an email to Arnnie. We do appreciate that she got back to us quickly and addressed our concerns, including confirming the waiver of any fees. We had arranged for Nurse Next Door to come after this surgery given our prior positive experiences. However, we would have difficulty now recommending Nurse Next Door, given what occurred on Saturday. It remains concerning that such clear health violations and lack of preparation occurred. Our hope is that steps will be taken to ensure that a similar experience does not happen to another senior.

Nurse Next Door promptly organized care for my mom on a short notice and was able to cater to the times and preferences for my mom. Despite a language barrier, the caregivers were able to effectively care for my mom. We are very appreciative!

My 91year old Mum get bathed twice a week , she always feel so much better . Tatiana takes such good care of my Mum .They take great time in finding out what you will need and go from there. I really can’t say enough about them ,,all I know if you have an elderly parent that needs that extra care contact the nurse next door . Your won’t be disappointed

Tatianna the caregiver is a great asset to the team . My 91 yr old Mum loves her .Mum had to go to the hospital for a foot infection when the doctor phoned here was commentimg how clean Mum is And I told him about getting the nurse next door caregiver Tatianna who is awesome and you can tell she cares . She more than her weight in gold .
