The expertise, experience and empathy of Nurses Next Door personnel. Ability to establish rapport with patient, family and other health care providers established within the site. Intentionally work to understand protocols within the care site so as to access necessary patient care materials. Capacity to tactfully identify strategies to enhance the provision of supports to patient and provide suggestions for activities that engage elderly patients.

They had issues trying to find someone to come out to rural areas, as there is no one out here, and they don’t like to help with to much unless you are bed ridden and can’t help yourself with daily needs but anything else you can’t do they don’t want to
Timely response to request for assistance.
Experienced and very caring
We had the original caregiver cancel last minute on Saturday morning. However Kamal, the replacement was absolutely amazing and was a perfect fit. Couldn't have asked for a better person. She was everything you would want in a person looking after a 4 month old baby.
Patient and helpful caregivers
The service was great, the expense however was high.
Kamalpreet is a fantastic care giving person, gentle, kind with much consideration for the patient.
Friendly and good conversation was had.
Have never had such a relaxing shower before, she took her time and continuously asked if everything was ok. Left the bathroom sparkling.

When trying to find a caregiver for my mother, Arnnie has always been a step ahead trying to always find the right fit. Especially with my mother's needs around her dementia, the right fit has always be on the fore front. The most recent caregiver Joan has been such a great fit and someone that we are very happy she found. My mother really likes her and has been able to get everything done we have asked of her. On top of that, she writes very details notes of her visit which has helped us keep up with what is happening with her. Keep up the good work Joan and Arnnie.
Rhiannon and the team is very care to provide the aid for my son, they are very flexible in whichever match to my son’s preferences, and the availability of the worker pleases me

The caregivers at Nurse Next Door are very kind, hardworking, and diligent in their duties. They genuinely care about the people they serve!
Also, the coordinators at Nurse Next Door listen to your needs and do their best to make sure your needs are met. They also communicate with you regularly so that you never feel alone. I would particularly like to commend Chelsea, who has become a trusted support over the past few months.

Staff are very helpful.
I waited for about an hour then called to see if she was coming.Turns out she'd been in the waiting room all that time.Then when we got to my apartment, she geated leftovers in the microwave which was great but I really could done that myself.When I went to pay she told me she wasn't a nurse which surprised me as the program is named "nurse next door" & I understood a nurse would help me.As far as I know my facilities were all in working order but I'm a little confused.All in all she was great otherwise.
