My husband came home from the hospital with a temporary catheter and bandaged incisions. We r not medically trained people so we appreciated expertise help to deal with these 2 things and to follow instructions we were sent home with.
Perdita provided that expertise for us in a kind, capable, professional manner and we are very grateful for her help.

We just had conflicting lives and they wouldn't do there jobs they just wanted to play on there phone
I tell people that I am engaged with the services if Nurse Next door and glad I have it but i don't feel it is my place to tell other people what the should and shouldnt do
The expense.
I didn’t get a person to pick me up and anything updated until I called 1 hour before the registration time.
They can’t order what I need for dressing change, they order everything but what I should have

They try to arrange for same care giver from last booking.
Rhiannon and staff listens, cares and follow up all correspondence to date. Therefore a trust is established, and especially vital, when we are sharing/caring for the very best interest and well being of our precious parent who are unwell and elderly.
I am very comfortable with the ladies who come to work with me. They are always efficient and professional, they keep my house clean and help me with food / grocery deliveries. I feel very well supported by Nurse Next Door.
The ladies don't always interact with the resident well. They keep changing personnel. I have another private care giver who does, nails, hair, puzzles, crafting, takes her to events at her home. Etc etc etc. The NND staff just seem to do the minimum. I am not always there but do get feedback from the care staff and I see what they do on the plan they write. I have also had to address the staff being on their phones and ignoring my mother.
I must say NOT all of the staff are the same.

Both Manpreet and Ramanpreet have been friendly, helpful, reliable and concerned that Tina is well taken care of and safe. I appreciate their help very much.

My Mom said seven she liked the visits but it is too old to go out. Perhaps someone else ore talkative in the spring.

Rhiannon was amazing at setting up our support, and Tocine (sp) was so lovely! She was gentle and caring and my Mom was totaly comfortable with her.
