Nobody gets a 10 so 9 is good enough.
With previous home support fellows all good. And the one AJ, came as replacement for one shift was very nice and wanted to be helpful re Bills mobility and general conversation the helps keep Bill not so isolated.
Plus he made not that he read our file before coming, which was a nice piece of info to know that some of the fellows do that.
No service and no call from the office to notify the client
Nurses do a great job. The shortage of nurses seems to be less helpful to elderly who depends on them.

Cancellations. Leaving me without service. And I do not have strength to lift bags and empty the container so I have to skip and use twin bags
Mother canceled service when I was away and nobody called my cell to tell me.

Your phone scheduling person is also very available and helpful.
All the nurses are very friendly and competent .
Not all care aides give the same quality of care. The ones who do are awesome! They deserve a 10.
The schedulers keep rotating staff making it hard on patients. I have to "retrain" new care aides over and over. This leads to lack of consistency and lack of trust.
The schedule they send often has mistakes.
It feels like I am just a source of income to NND rather than a patient.
Not changes to service providers, i was used to mire variety in the beginning

I have had great care from both Anita and Penny. I am very pleased with how caring and helpful they have been since my injury. Both put me at ease with having to have personal care as that was a difficult adjustment for me. I am very thankful to Nurse Next Door and those that came to care for me. I also had some help from overnight nurses and Eileen was a wonderful carer as well. I think I am close to being able to manage all my needs myself so I will graduate from the care I have been given.

Professional, provide excellent care, flexible. Additionally the care giver Arianne was beyond fantastic. All aspects of the care from first contact to last was just what we needed.
This is the second time I have used Nurse Next Door.
While my care giver is a 10, I have had difficulty with accounting. First they weren't taking money out of my account after sending me an invoice. If I hadn't been checking, I could have owed a large amount all at once. Secondly, the accounting system failed and GST wasn't on the invoice. It took a lot of emails before this was fixed. This all took a lot of my time.

Reliable. Great caregivers. Available anytime
Nurse next door lack commitment to their clients/patients. No communication to patients when there is no service, no workers, and they hang patients, waiting for the whole day if they get service or not. Some of the patients do not get to do dialysis at all in a day or two, not knowing if I get service or not. I will not recommend nurse next door for the next contract bidding.
