We would like the same care aide coming at the same time every day.
reliable, good staff
Before Nurse Next Door my aunt had VCH Home Care which we really thought was good. She got to like the care workers a lot. I was really hesitant and against the change. But accepted it because it was going to be 24 hours care, which my aunt needed.
The service and help we receive from the Nurse Next Door changed my mind. All the caregivers are very good at their job. But the exceptional ones like Filipinas, make the experience with Nurse Next Door even better. She went above and beyond my expectations.
I was concerned at first with the multiple care workers going to my aunts place was going to be a mess. But, after 3 weeks of them there I visited my aunt's place. I was so dumbfounded and shocked when I saw the place so clean. Filipinas had clean the toilet, bathroom, and kitchen. Even the floor was clean. I was very astonished and thrilled of her initiative.

Both Sara and Erik were phenomenal; my executive was incredibly appreciative of their support after his medical procedure. We would absolutely use their services again.
Also, the team at was very kind coordinating with me and answering my many many questions. I felt confident and informed during the whole process and was able to pass that clarity on to my executive.
THe nurses are very helpful and reliable and we appreciate their kindness and caring.

Great care
Fortunately my wife’s post surgery went much better then expected so my 48 hours of booked nursing coverage wasn’t fully required, However, if she really did need it, your failure to cover 17 hours would have been a huge problem for us. Both of your nurses were very good and attentive.
Nurse Next Door has been a gift to my mom. She loves her caregiver and looks forward to the time they spend together. I am so happy that mom is so well taken care of and that I can relax when she is with her caregiver.

I haven’t been with Nurse Next Door for very long but have appreciated the staff who come to assist me-they are on time, proficient what they do and very helpful in conversing with me about my issues-all is very much appreciated
1. Same day arrangement of care -- 10/10
2. Quality/attitude of Care depended on caregiver - overall 8/10 but one caregiver I would
give 5/10.
3. I didn't have time to compare the price point with other agencies - but 90/hr is alot when I imagine the caregiver is only getting at most 35/hr.
4. I had been in a car accident and needed care but didn't know for how long. I assumed I would need care for 3.5 days but it turned out I only need care for 2.5 days. When I asked if I could cancel the day I didn't need I was told "no". I was disappointed with this as when I arranged for care I really didn't know how many days I needed and the final caregiver made it very clear she was not happy having to spend her time cleaning. For anyone that I recommend Nurse Next Door to I would warn them of the lack of flexibility. 5/10

Chichi dependability and Reese willing to buy needed grocery items downstairs and make small meals for me.
The service is very good. The home care workers are caring and skilled. I'm very grateful for this service.
