Reliable. Great caregivers
she is very capable
Have always received excellent care.
You keep changing the nurses and their times. I have my appointments and clinics booked months in advance and you changes disrupt everything
My nurse Emma Benson.. She is the best.
Most of the nursing aids were very good, but a few of them never took away the garbage leave it to me. Also, there were times when they did not show up or scheduling time changed and I was not notified. There were several times where I had to call to find out if they were coming or not, but for the most part, very prompt and reliable
Lack of communication with supervisors.
I have been very satisfied with the services provided to my husband Name removed.
The care givers are professional, kind, polite and are on time.
Marithez & Joymee are excellent in what they do & a great representation for Nurse Next Door.
We do really appreciate & value all the caregivers
& like to show our appreciation for a job well done by calling & naming certain caregivers who are doing a great job from time to time.
Best regards,

Most of the caregivers are caring and do their job properly. They are polite.
Way overpriced for the services they promised.
The caregivers don’t actually do anything other than sit on their phone
Over promise and under deliver
Ridiculously expensive
Expect the client to micro manage their employees- even had one show up dressed as if he was going to a BDSM rave???
They charge over $65/hr and the employees get $20.
Totally worthless and useless and especially uncaring!
Excellent work. Kind and caring
I really appreciate the help
I am on my own and it may seem like a simple task. It gets very overwhelming.
I have stressors in my life....fighting with my machine is one of them.
So, again I appreciate the help so very much.
High level of client care, support, and friendliness, from the home support team members.
Family is provided with updated schedules showing details of the home visits (name/visit time), this is extremely helpful in booking medical and other out-of-home appointments between home support visits.
Initial phone person could have presented better. I was hoping for more coordination from managers but this may come later in the process. Minimum times go poorly with my schedule.
Care aides have been respectful and manager asked for and acted on my opinion.
Community feedback (friends, professionals) has been positive.
I have experienced NND over the past several months and found them to be very helpful and reliable. Their people are friendly and inobtrusive when they visit.
would have preferred more flexibility in scheduling and minimum hourly requirements
She nice and friendly
Good people you sent us!
Cindy was so kind and so helpful. She cleaned my living space and reminded me to shower. I am so grateful.
While I opted not to use the services, only because my granddaughter arrived and became my support and helper, the initial presentation of support services an information was very well done. I will keep this service in mind should the need arise.
Working with the Care Supervisor and the Scheduling support is easy and excellent.
We are always informed when there is a change to the schedule and someone always answers the phone when we call with a question.
Services from the nurses, except one, are professional and friendly
They are all very caring
Professional friendly service for setting up my dads daily PD Cycler
Advise very helpful
just filled this out, forgot to mention Jenia specifically. She is excellent.
excellent caregiver
Overall the NND nurses were very good. Most looked after my father very well however I think some were better in this regard than others. Certainly they need to have a wide range of skills and abilities and for the most part they did.
My greatest complaint would be the way the schedulers provided me with updated schedules.
This was done using cut and paste views of the schedule which appeared very small on a cell phone and not easy to read. An actual attachment from the system would be a far more useful way of delivering this important information. These emails also came with past older schedule information attached which was unnecessary and could be confusing if clients did not confirm they were looking at the most recent version. If the schedule has changed having past versions within the most recent communication serves no purpose.
Primarily excellent service, but sometimes the nurses schedule was changed at short notice and I wasn’t notified. Also, there was some miscommunication the time the system was arriving otherwise very good service.

Occasionally there is no one available to prove the PD assist service
