While my Mom loves the caregiver and she is absolutely lovely, the things we hired her for to relieve my sisters and I of the work, only about 1/2 is getting done. I don't think she is checking the list we gave her. I am not sure of the oversight. In my line of business, my managers go out to see their employees in action to inspect what they expect. For me, it has become more work to manage what's not getting done than before.

I cannot say enough good things about Nurse Next Door. My mom is 90 and looks forward to the time she spends with her caregiver. I can relax knowing she is totally cared for and happy. Mom’s caregiver is positive and enthusiastic. She understands what my mom needs and is very gentle with her. I have just added another morning of care for mom and she is really looking forward to that.
Cassidy was excellent taking meticulous care if my personal needs and making me a wonderful breakfast. Nothing was a bother for her and she took care of many other chores for me. She is an excellent care giver.
