They were prompt for shifts, friendly and supportive. NND was also very forgiving in rescheduling when she had to go back into hospital for treatment, and then was discharged shortly thereafter.
Kenneth. He’s a very nice young man how spends his time with my husband, helps him with his physical needs, showering etc. and encourages Bill is doing good. He has a very nice personality.
I also appreciate he wears his mask when in the house or close to us.
I’m immune compromised so really need and appreciate his care and concern when at our home.
Excellent care. Pleasant and cheerful.most of them are AAA plus
Yekta P is awesome.
Both Freddie & Danielle provide excellent service and always keep me informed about their
time of arrival.
Honesty
Nurse Next Door found the perfect person for my mom. I was nervous about introducing a caregiver to her as she is extremely dependent on her sister and me for her day to day. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly she trusted her caregiver and genuinely enjoys spending time with her.
Some things need a little more attention.
The nurses that visit us are always very helpful and kind and caring .
They really do their best to understand and anticipate our needs and it is a great comfort to
know that they have our best interests at heart.
They each, in their own way,,, make doing our dialysis routine a little more bearable.
Thank you to each of our nurses.

It's very early stages as we are starting the interview process
Appreciate the service
She is very kind and hard working.
Overall excellent care and assistance. The good more than make up for the odd one.
The Nurse Next Door provides an invaluable service in my opinion. When I see them arrive each day it's as if a weight has been lifted off my shoulders:)
Very professional.
Ella, Yakta and Verna and others as well... very good.
Nurses are very personable..
Yekta is the best.
A few things that still need updating.
the nurses are always on time or phone when delayed.
they are knowledgeable and very helpful and know their job well.
Also pleasant.
I have been very impressed with everyone I have spoken with at Nurse Next Door. My mother is very happy with person she was matched with. I feel comfortable leaving my mom.
There very friendly and know their job very well. First name removed has no worries that every thing will be done right.
NND was great! We got to know quite a few of the caregivers and they were wonderful with Brian. Good company!
She's kind and hard working.
Always efficient and friendly service.
Professionalism of the two nurses who helped me during my wife’s medical issues.
The reason we give a 10 is for the nurse that services us every week. Joddie is very knowledgeable and with this knowledge, explains many medical things with us. She really is a wealth of information and that makes us feel more confident in her approach to our questions. She also has a good sense of humour which takes away some of the stuffiness that some nurses have with their patients. So, we give Joddie a 10; but, cannot give a score for other "nurses next door".
Difficult to get used to 24 hour service - cost, difficult shift change time means being awakened, workers not always emotionally supportive, workers do not know how to make Canadian food, very tiring to keep explaining things. My long term worker Cindy is not in this category at all, makes me feel safe when i know she will be here. She also anticipates my needs, seems like she reads my mind sometimes.Other workers have some positive things to offer as well. I feel so vulnerable that I am reluctant to complain.
The changing of staff sent to visit is unfortunately causing my Mom ( 90yrs) anxiety as she cannot remember & remain relaxed.
She worries care methods may vary out of her standards. The schedule changes worry her as she anticipates the visits to fit with her resting.
Would prefer earlier morning visits .
No 10am and no 10pm visits if possible please.
Friendly and knowledgeable nurses……much better communication on schedules

I enjoy the support, having someone to talk with about minor concerns, and having more free
time.
