Prompt..helpful..know their job
When I first enquired, I explained my mom and was told they had someone who would be a good match to encourage my mom to cooperate. It turns out the care aide was very junior and was constantly phoning head office to ask for help.
Our new care aide, Cecilia, is fabulous!
Your fees are much higher than your competitors. I am paying $95/hour. I know the pay scale for care aides as I am on the board of an Assisted Living Facility and the differential is substantial.

I received a visit from Nurse Next Door within 24-48 hours of contact and had someone scheduled to come in within 5-7 days. The caregiver is pleasant and has helped immensely. Also very accommodating to change in plans

Excellent caregiver - aware of medical and physical needs, cheerful and willing disposition, makes me feel safe.
(This is the biggest reason because otherwise the cost and minimum hours would prevent recommendation.)
The nurse is fantastic….a 10 but can not always count on a nurse showing up

I found the staff (that I've met) to be lovely and very caring. Some have gone above and beyond to help my dad with his home care. One of the staff recently arranged for my dad to get his hair cut at home, as he's unable to take the stairs and go out for this. I really appreciate all the help your staff are providing. I don't know what we would have done without them.

Hello Nurse Next Door. Your nurses are very professional, courteous, reliable, polite and knowledgeable. They know their duties and are always happy and always on time. Excellent service. they are very caring and serious about their work. Highly recommended I give them 10 out of 10. All actual carers were great , Have not continued with you as do not need someone for 3 to 4 hrs . VHS comes for 30 mins in morning and that perfect Gave a good score as carers all good But don’t like so many different as good when repeat and don’t have to show each time
