What was the biggest reason for giving us this score?

My family has been working with Nurses Next Door for a few years now. We have excellent caregivers currently looking after my sister’s complex care needs. We don’t know what we’d do if we didn’t have them. They not only provide my sister with excellent, loving care, but they provide my family with peace of mind. The situation would be very difficult without them in our lives.

As caregivers, we need to ensure that everyone is supported, not just the client, but the caregivers that provide this needed service. A good, living wage, with benefits is my wish for all caregivers.

A huge thank you to Ivy IIano for meeting with myself and mother today. She is extremely warm, kind and thoughtful in her approach; a wonderful Care Designer representing your company.

Your in house personal is great ,they care and understand ,but the clinent should not have to every day ask what time are you here tomorrow ,there should be a schedule done up . Or a simple phone call works to let them know who is coming and at what time ....

Both Rose and Beulah were very attentive, very helpful with practical matters and receptive to requested needs. Also very friendly, personable, and fun to spend time and talk with. They were both extremely professional and obviously take lots of pride in doing their jobs well.

Staff is friendly and responsive. I have had several interactions with NND over the years and whether or not we went ahead with their service on behalf of our patients I have found them to be responsive, accomodating and a pleasure to deal with. They were willing to consider every situation and think out of the box to figure out how they can tailor their services to support the clients' depending on their specific needs. They can also be very quick to come up with a plan in an emergency situation. And they clients that have received their services have raved about the care person assigned to them.
