The feeling that I was in good hands. From the initial consultation with Laurel and the final goodbye to Liza I had no concerns about my post op care. It was peace of mind, exactly what I needed to have a successful recovery. Thank you a million times over. DGB

Both Rose and Beulah were very attentive, very helpful with practical matters and receptive to requested needs. Also very friendly, personable, and fun to spend time and talk with. They were both extremely professional and obviously take lots of pride in doing their jobs well.

Staff is friendly and responsive. I have had several interactions with NND over the years and whether or not we went ahead with their service on behalf of our patients I have found them to be responsive, accomodating and a pleasure to deal with. They were willing to consider every situation and think out of the box to figure out how they can tailor their services to support the clients' depending on their specific needs. They can also be very quick to come up with a plan in an emergency situation. And they clients that have received their services have raved about the care person assigned to them.

yoyr staff was excellent with communicating with the family and helping us find a caregiver and schedule that would work well with our Mom Eileen. It was nice to have the same care giver Cres who was so respectful, efficient and provided wonderf care for our Mom.

Service has gone downhill whether scheduling (or lack thereof), lateness of caregivers (sometimes due to overlapping shifts), and customer service that doesn't exist.

The flexibility of the services is great, but the type of care is very dependent on who the caregiver is that you're matched with. Although we really like our caregiver, it would be interesting to see how another personality would interact with our mother and how we can re-evaluate based on personality and the goals we have set.

Mavis seemed to enjoy what she was doing, was interested in First name removed’s situation and was thorough in her examination. Gave us some suggestions on equipment we should get.
