Nurse Next Door endeavours to provide the most suitable Caregivers for the client

Very poor service.
Multiple calls to Nurse next door and vice versa as they didn't know if they had someone to cover the shift.
My mother didn't know if or when a care aid would show up per the schedule set up.
Sometimes no one came to provide care.
Caused a lot of stress for my mother and family involved.

The workers are knowledgeable and take an interest in the client.

Communications with the company are very challenging. Often have been unresponsive to calls and texts. Particularly with billing issues.

No French speaking care givers, lack of back up caregivers should there be a cancellation,do not care for the new bookkeeping system.... slow response to questions and overall poor communication within the organization as well as with clients.

I am happy with the care aide that we have. However, I am disappointed in the communications we have had with scheduling. In the last incident, our care aide was asked to go to another client and I was given the choice to change my time. I declined the change and wanted the care aide to come to our house as usual. I called a day later to make sure and was surprised to find that she was moved without my approval or anyone telling me! There is something wrong with the procedures and the communications could be much better.

We have some vey good care givers.

Mother very happy with her "helpers". But they change periodically which is an adjustment for her.

We are very happy with caregivers and have had very few scheduling issues.

Jomee is the greatest to to ever happen to me. When she’s away and I get someone else, it’s never as good as when she cleans.

Nurses are friendly and professional. They do a wonderful job and we are so grateful to have them.

Unhappy with quality of service. Very disorganized staffing. Poor communications.

I try and book a ride well ahead of time but I do not get any confirmation. This is very stressful as I do not know if I will get a ride or not until the last minute. It appears you do not have enough drivers.

On my last ride the driver was not able to pay at the parking meter as she did not have a credit card and the meter did not take cash. We had to use my credit card. The driver was very good but all drivers should have a card so they can pay.

I absolutely appreciate the fact that a lovely friendly nurse comes over and takes away an abundance of stress from off my shoulders, as I don't have to worry about setting up the machine. May God bless your company, it keeps me alive. Thanks so much!

I have been of late disappointed in your scheduling. I gave the schedule 6 weeks ago for my godparents and twice on Sunday I was left with no care, informing me a mere 2 hours before the scheduled time. That is completely uncalled for. Subsequently, I have begun to look elsewhere.

Flexibility of staff and holiday and sick time coverage. Also, every nurse we have had has been exceptional. Perla and Lani have been amazing and wonderful caring nurses to our Mother Dorothy.
