she was late coming. 15 min late. her driving was good and talking.
some I liked some I didn't some choices. Not as good as the girls at St. Elizabeth. Sometimes I hesistate to use the services NND.
Caregiver was amazing and husband got on very well with her. Only downside is its too expensive.

Sometimes I'm upset with you and not. I have changed it to a thursday to accomadate for the girl but it's not as convieniante for me. Another thing annoyed me is I do not like to be called on holidays or Sunday.
CG who comes every wednesday
I never got the same person from week to week. I got a different person and would have to explain again what I wanted. Some CGs were not very adequate for cleaning & one person who kept dropping things was known as "Crash"
Some are great cora and liz were and some were not as great.
Very happy with the service provided while we were waiting for public home care service to start.

Didn't have much experience - didn't like the girl as much -the first girl was totaly unsuitable and the night time girl rushed out at 8am.

Great quality people.
Too many new people showing up. Some couldnt drive felt some did not have the skills. Did not feel safe with some of the drivers. Staff in now are doing a good job. The communication between CGs and CSC has been sub par trip to california ended poorly due to not getting picked up at her hotel. Not a one off. Spoke to Jonathan in the past and really likes him.
Service is good but cost is too high. He does not like how much of the cost goes towards overhead rather than directly to the caregiver and I think was suggesting that he would rather pay a private caregiver directly.
Gave a 5 but mentioned that the caregiver was great? Also that she was always on time - I think he may not have understood the scale.
All of the care givers are soo wonderful
Naoki was such a good CG. He took care of Mr so well and for that they are so greatful
