Our regular caregiver for our mother is very reliable, skilled and compassionate. Communication with NND is excellent.
Caring service and prompt attention concerns.
The booking agent was not listening, they send someone who was afraid of dogs twice when we told them we had dogs.

We have had very poor communication,
Service and lack of service.
Some Shifts aren't filled and a care giver Doesn't show up per schedule that is in place.
Some Care givers don't understand

Scheduling and communication around scheduling was a difficult but overall I do like your service
The care givers specifically Ira Patricia and Shiela are excellent and have fitted right into our family. I have full confidence in them when I leave for errands and go to sleep at night that they will take care for my wife.

I was at my father's house yesterday and looked in his fridge. There was no fresh food for him to eat, no milk and none of the frozen dinners had been prepared for him that I dropped off over a week ago. I have made it very explicit in my instructions to NND that the PRIMARY reason that they are there is to ensure that he has food to eat. I may have given a lower score except that the caregivers are always very kind and they do a good job at the housekeeping.
The nurses are kind, anxious to help in any way they can... they are like family (in the best sense of that overworked word, and their help has made all the difference in the world to me.
The care my father receives
Service is good, price is quite high
Prompt delivery of service when required for my elderly mother; regular updates; very friendly, professional staff. The entire crew from the intake call to caring for my mother was exemplary.
Reliability and good communication
The caregivers, Jeslin, and Charmaine, are very pleasant and efficient. My father always looks forward to their visits. Also, my dealings with Craig and the scheduling staff have been very positive. They have been very helpful and cooperative in ensuring that my father is well taken of by Nurse Next Door caregivers.
Overall, the care aids are good. We currently have Debbi coming in on a one day a week basis and she is very good. She shows a genuine care for my wife and is able to do all her assigned tasks very well. I have great confidence in leaving my wife in her care. I get the sense that the overall company is well organized.
Reliable efficient service and care!
My family have had caregivers from Nurse Next Door for around 8 years now. The caregivers have been very good. It is also wonderful to have consistent people assisting my parents.
Has no timing, that's my biggest concern. Service should be early for clients who takes medications.

Not letting patient know in good time when there is a change in personnel and time of visit. Too lax with your communications.
I get the sense that the office is lacking tight organizational and communication skills between office and client.with regards to appointments.
