When the ladies are not busy during a shift, I think they should suggest other things they can do for the client, such as laundry, etc. Rather than the client having to may suggestions.

Caregivers were friendly, courteous and professional.

The positive difference the service has made to my mother's quality of life. She is much more engaged in life.

Over the roughly 12 days I used your service, I had about 8 different carers. They were all very capable and considerate, but some were better than others.

The care and service

The care worker who I had was excellent. The telephone interview prior to care was excellent as well.

The care givers were professional. The fee is a little high.

Kennedy, the LPN that helps Monday to Thursday is professional, warm, friendly and very good at her job. My experience with Regina on Sunday is similar. Marika from head office has also been consistently friendly and professional.

The service was great however it can be costly with the minimum 3 hours. Also that we cannot split the 3 hours up in the day.

Nurse Next Door is amazing. My sister lives in B.C. and needs lots of help that I cannot provide from Ontario. We now have someone that can accompany my sister to the bank, shopping and Doctor's visits. The peace of mind, knowing that she is safe when she leaves home, is wonderful. Nurse Next Door is easily accessible, responsive and the communication has been great. As a family we really appreciate them.

Our main caregiver, Jacqueline is never late, very helpful.
If I call the office for schedule change it is dealt with smoothly.

Immediate ability to come to the aid of a patient without days of procedure ... care first ... paper second.

Easy to do business with and care provider is prompt, courteous & friendly.

Lack of clear English on some, way too much time spent on private phone, lack of North American cooking skills and not listening to my requests. With the above being said there were 3 ladies of which one (Marcia) went above and beyond on every thing. She did not wait for instructions, her meals were delicious and she could see and/or anticipate and is a wonderful asset to your company. One woman took photos of 2 upstairs bedrooms without asking permission. I thought that was completely out of line and it makes me wonder what else she was into.

The Care Workers were very friendly and competent. Making arrangements with the office was easy and they were very helpful and kept us informed.

nice to have someone available to show up every day . just need more training for the replacement caregivers when the normal one is unavailable, not fair to them really they have never met the patient and don't know what is required, perhaps more information to them before they start would help. Only the original one had info before starting.
