Has no timing, that's my biggest concern. Service should be early for clients who takes medications.

Wonderful nurses and caregivers. NND was not able to find someone to take the Sunday, May 20 morning shift, which would leave a senior who requires care, vulnerable.
I was more than impressed with the excellent quality of patient care given by Nurse Next Door. From start to finish they listened to every concern and addressed all questions with compassion and clarity. The individualized care of service is amazing. Every aspect from scheduling to smallest requests the Nurse Next Door staff makes a one hundred percent effort. Really amazing, Nurse Next Door are the “Disneyland” of personal and professional home care. I will gladly refer anyone towards their care. My deepest thanks to all of you who made my recovery so much better than I ever expected.
The foot care provider for my mom is wonderful. Offering suggestions to my mom for extra care to her feet in between treatments.

Very caring, kind, and helpful staff.
Laurel's service and commitment were impeccable. But, my husband's sudden illness caught us off-guard, and we were forced to quickly switch from an "at-home care" to "at institution". As a result, our experience with your service was a total of 8 hours involving 3 workers beside Laurel. We will be in touch Laurel when we need at-home care in the future.

Everyone we have dealt with is friendly, and very open to constructive comments regarding doing things in a way which the client wants it to be done, while also explaining their own training.

I am not impressed with the number of care workers and schedule changes at the last minute. I am also not impressed that many workers do not read the care plan.
Company is professional, and the person you sent (Lorraine) is conscientious.
My family have had caregivers from Nurse Next Door for around 8 years now. The caregivers have been very good. It is also wonderful to have consistent people assisting my parents.
