Cannot supply care givers for the most basic 3 x 3 plan.
Didn’t notify me that no one was available-I found out after I came home from work that nobody was there with my parents.

You have the best of the best care. But the care I have received has not been consistent with all caregivers. Most caregivers are great, but some do not seem to be able to do deliver quality personal care. I have no idea whether this is a result of different training schools, or just the individual differences/skills in delivering care. And perhaps there is no way you can screen for this. If the person passes their schooling I guess you cannot be aware of different skill levels.

Each person has been very caring, helpful, supportive and willing to work so hard to help and make simple, daily tasks, manageable throughout my injury and healing process. Individuals have provide support to ensure tasks that I am currently unable to accomplish on my own currently, are done with care and efficiency as well as a positive attitude.

Each person I have met, spoken to, visit with a smile , a caring approach and sincere willingness to help in the home.

I have had Barb since 2017 and she is great, really like her and she is very professional. I have had Maria I think the same time and like her also and professional.

The care giver my father n law has is awesome but the cost and the billing process is frustrating at times Chris has made First name removed life much better she is kind and very istuent with his moods he really feels comfortable with her thanks for jetting her take him on he was not happy with the other girls

Your nurses provide excellent service; and I feel sorry for them having to work with so little customer support ... but your “back office” is hopeless, doesn’t appear to understand basic accounting concepts, and refuses to deal with customer requests or concerns. This is not a new issue, and something that could easily have been dealt with.

I find Dennis and Verna so professional and pleasant. I still find a lack of professional communications from the office lacking. Need to pick it up! Name removed

The schedule was sent up then couldn’t be fulfilled it was first day home from surgery no caregiver /Nd day maybe 3rd day maybe. I made my own arrangements. I had one caregiver that I had to complain about and sent an email to manager. Schedule person called me back not a manager. I have not heard any follow up from it. The other caregivers have been wonderful.

Accounting. The invoices are not timely. This should be very straightforward and it was until the switch over of systems in the spring. These billing inconsistencies have been extremely frustrating and the fact that the accountant made so many mistakes was unacceptable.

Good service, but poor scheduling.

Ella Rybaltowicz and her team has been so accommodating and understanding that this whole situation with my family has been a very challenging life adjustment. It has relieved most of the stress and worry, knowing that we are in good hands with these great caregivers!
I just wanted to again point out that Ella is a very caring person and it truly shows in her work!

your staff did not know the English language very well, did not know how to cook, and was terrible at light housekeeping. they were also late every day, different person each time. will never use your company again.
