What was the biggest reason for giving us this score?

I try and book a ride well ahead of time but I do not get any confirmation. This is very stressful as I do not know if I will get a ride or not until the last minute. It appears you do not have enough drivers.

On my last ride the driver was not able to pay at the parking meter as she did not have a credit card and the meter did not take cash. We had to use my credit card. The driver was very good but all drivers should have a card so they can pay.

What was the biggest reason for giving us this score?

I absolutely appreciate the fact that a lovely friendly nurse comes over and takes away an abundance of stress from off my shoulders, as I don't have to worry about setting up the machine. May God bless your company, it keeps me alive. Thanks so much!

What was the biggest reason for giving us this score?

I have been of late disappointed in your scheduling. I gave the schedule 6 weeks ago for my godparents and twice on Sunday I was left with no care, informing me a mere 2 hours before the scheduled time. That is completely uncalled for. Subsequently, I have begun to look elsewhere.

What was the biggest reason for giving us this score?

Flexibility of staff and holiday and sick time coverage. Also, every nurse we have had has been exceptional. Perla and Lani have been amazing and wonderful caring nurses to our Mother Dorothy.

Not reaching out to patient in a timely matter.
Not letting patient know in good time when there is a change in personnel and time of visit. Too lax with your communications.

I get the sense that the office is lacking tight organizational and communication skills between office and client.with regards to appointments.

Service and lack of service.
Some Shifts aren't filled and a care giver Doesn't show up per schedule that is in place.
Some Care givers don't understand
Their duties.

The care givers specifically Ira Patricia and Shiela are excellent and have fitted right into our family. I have full confidence in them when I leave for errands and go to sleep at night that they will take care for my wife.

I was at my father's house yesterday and looked in his fridge. There was no fresh food for him to eat, no milk and none of the frozen dinners had been prepared for him that I dropped off over a week ago. I have made it very explicit in my instructions to NND that the PRIMARY reason that they are there is to ensure that he has food to eat. I may have given a lower score except that the caregivers are always very kind and they do a good job at the housekeeping.

The caregivers, Jeslin, and Charmaine, are very pleasant and efficient. My father always looks forward to their visits. Also, my dealings with Craig and the scheduling staff have been very positive. They have been very helpful and cooperative in ensuring that my father is well taken of by Nurse Next Door caregivers.

What was the biggest reason for giving us this score?

Overall, the care aids are good. We currently have Debbi coming in on a one day a week basis and she is very good. She shows a genuine care for my wife and is able to do all her assigned tasks very well. I have great confidence in leaving my wife in her care. I get the sense that the overall company is well organized.
