What was the biggest reason for giving us this score?

The schedule was sent up then couldn’t be fulfilled it was first day home from surgery no caregiver /Nd day maybe 3rd day maybe. I made my own arrangements. I had one caregiver that I had to complain about and sent an email to manager. Schedule person called me back not a manager. I have not heard any follow up from it. The other caregivers have been wonderful.

What was the biggest reason for giving us this score?

Accounting. The invoices are not timely. This should be very straightforward and it was until the switch over of systems in the spring. These billing inconsistencies have been extremely frustrating and the fact that the accountant made so many mistakes was unacceptable.

Ella Rybaltowicz and her team has been so accommodating and understanding that this whole situation with my family has been a very challenging life adjustment. It has relieved most of the stress and worry, knowing that we are in good hands with these great caregivers!
I just wanted to again point out that Ella is a very caring person and it truly shows in her work!

your staff did not know the English language very well, did not know how to cook, and was terrible at light housekeeping. they were also late every day, different person each time. will never use your company again.

What was the biggest reason for giving us this score?

The care giver had no knowledge how to make a bed or how to clean a house properly. She left a washer and dryer full of clothes when she left. This could have been timed correctly so she could finish the loads before her departure. We had to struggle to get heavy towels out of the dryer. She left the dirty bedding on the ground where we cannot pick it up rather than putting it on top of the washer. She left the kitchen counters coated with the cleaner that was used. We had to wipe up the spray from the counters. The raised toilet seat in my bathroom that she cleaned she took off and did not put it back correctly so when I used it the seat shifted....fortunately I was not injured. I cannot understand why people are not properly trained before coming into someone's homes to help them. I really feel that we are being taken advantage of with charging $38 an hour for incompetence for the days that she was here. On a positive side she was very polite.

We love the people coming from Nurse Next Door. Both my husband & I are very discerning but are always very happy to see both Kirsten & Maria. They are always on time & let us know what to expect & when. They are consistent & ALWAYS friendly, happy, helpful & easy to talk to. Both of them are wonderful.

Please forgive me for the delay in responding. Nurse Next Door has given me a new life, just when I thought my life was over, when my kidneys failed. You have allowed me to live a relatively normal life & have taken away much of my stress. I truly believe that your company has been established by a loving GOD & all the wonderful nurses are ANGELS. I could never thank you enough for being there, just when I needed you the most, just like a good friend. THANKS SO MUCH! May GOD continue to bless the growth of your life giving company. I'm sure your records will reflect the problems I've had with both your service and payments being taken from my account in a timely manner, especially since July. I use to speak highly of your service. I have spent a lot of stressful time trying to fix the problems at your end. Of late, things appear to have gotten back on track. My trust has not been restored yet, but I'm trying to be hopeful.

What was the biggest reason for giving us this score?

Nurse supervisor Amy is kind and caring, on it, returns calls & texts promptly. My permanent worker Fanny is great! Kind, helpful, caring, gentle, professional. Scheduling is hard to get ahold of, reply to emails is 50%. They took forever to get my monthly schedule out took several reminders by nurse. Weekend workers are scheduled so last second and their English is so poor, communication is frustrating. When hour is up, they'll walk out even if I'm left sitting naked and wet in shower saying "I have to go I'm not a volunteer". That's a huge safety issue.

The ladies who came over to help me were very friendly and easy to talk to. I was a bit apprehensive about having someone in the house watching over me while i was sleeping. As you can imagine you only get that in the hospital. So i am glad they made it easier for me and grateful that i had someone in the house with me. Thank You ladies i was extremely happy.

Care is attentive and prompt. We met with Ivy the day after calling. She understood our circumstance and allowed me to feel it was okay to take a few hours a week for a break. All staff were wonderful. Maggie and Preet were our regular girls.They cared for my wife with patience, love, and grace even when it wasn't easy.

The qualm I have with your company relates to billing. I need convenience and set up auto credit card payments. Each invoice had a date that my card was to be charged. This date was missed or no charges at all.I called your billing department as soon as I saw the missing charges. Many calls, no answer, or call backs. This worried me and had to ask our girls if they were being paid. We heard back from accounting weeks after ending the service. Our account was 5 invoices behind and our card charged 5 times in a row.. how is this acceptable?

Even with the problematic billing, I would still recommend your company and hope to call when we return next year.
