The flexibility to change hours to what I need and my care giver. Emma Hansen is exactly the person I hoped for and such a blessing to have with me as I recover.
The service is well run and the caters are good.
My husband was a strong man that needed physical care. The staff that were strong did well. Others tried hard & had a good attitude. It was a high stress situation.
All three women in the past 4 weeks since we started your service have been very pleasant and capable. I would like to be advised, though, when a different person is turning up, since I was under the impression clients have the same one each week. It does mean taking 15 minutes or so (in my case out of 2hours) to become familiar with each other. Other than that it is a very useful service. First name removed

My family is very pleased with the individual you have provided for in house care.
The one common issue I see with so many caregivers is the lack of understanding of the simple act of a good hand washing— and the importance of doing it FREQUENTLY.
This should be such a simple “habit” to teach a person.
Next would be to present them with an educational video on how to was dishes.
My first experience with trying to change bookings was exceptionally negative
— how can you give 24 hour notice of a cancellation when no one is there??
—Spending 3 hours phoning and trying to reach someone to cancel or change a booking.
—Starting in the evening and through the following morning
—Too many different people handling your bookings???
—plus your answering service has too much background noise— like a telemarketing center —-you should call it occasionally

Love my care giver.
My nurse, Linda, was a tremendous help to me when I needed help doing very “simple” tasks. She also helped me with house cleaning, chores, shopping, being a safer driver than me at this time.

There were several time changes in the schedule, and one "no show" which disappointed me.
You did not give clear directions to my laneway house to your staff which caused many
difficulties.
I am satisfied with the level of care I have received so far.
At this time I didn't really need someone for 2 hours-----I may need more help in the future. The 2 ladies who came were very nice but other than making my bed when I changed it and folding the laundry I could manage by myself. They did dust a little and mop my floors and we went for a walk to fill in the time.
I have called a few times to change my aunts schedules, and no one seems to know what I am talking about........ I end up having to explain the situation a few times before it is understood.
I have also called in the morning to arrange something, and no one calls me back to let me know what is happening.
Nurses who how upbwithout equipment, cancelled visits at the last minute, snotty attitude from managers
Not getting issues resolved.
They delivered what was promised and my Mom is satisfied and comfortable with her caregivers.

I felt very comfortable to juat chill back anc relax with out any akwardness, Anna is a great taker and did all the tasks without question, i have used NND before but my experience was not as great as with Anna, i will most definitely use ypur service again and recommend it if all your nurses or caretakers put in the time and effort Anna does. I had difficulty with mainly your accounting department last year and somewhat with consistent service again last year. Problems have been sorted out and things seem to be running a lot smoother. Because of my health issues, consistency is very important to me. Years ago, I would not have hesitated to refer people to you. Now, I would be more considerate, before doing so.

Because the girls do a good job and I can count on them to set up my dialysis equipment.
