I just started this service but both of the nurses I have met so far have been very friendly and efficient.
Great service, always on time and a real person to talk too.
The old ladies feet and mood and energy came back to good health with NND care!
I am so thankful for the care that is given to my dad. He can be a horrible person to deal with and everyone does it with a smile. I love the updates I am given and that everyone calls me with any questions or concerns.

Jessie was fantastic with my grandparents. Kind, calling and compassionate. We could tell that she really enjoys what she does and genuinely cares. We are extremely pleased with her.
John was AMAZING!!
So friendly, genuine and compassionate. Extremely patient. Truly cared about my safety and wanted to make me as comfortable as possible post surgery. Tried his best to set me and my mother up with solutions to help me with my mobility.
I hope to see John again! I can’t imagine my first day post surgery with anyone but John.

We have appreciated the service and the care aid has been good with my husband. She is very good with household assists (making my husband's favourite cookies with him, doing lunch, going for walks, doing laundry and dishes.
unfortunately, she doesn't enjoy reading with him or playing cards which would be good stimulation for him.
I am grateful to have the 4 hours away for some respite every 2 weeks.

All are very nice & do an excellent job. There are few things of the personal care that they are unable to do
due to some restrictions.
My sister is very happy with her helper.
contracted out by VCH and no communication with VCH when NND could not find a worker for certain times. Also, had challenges with some care aides - one would do an assessment at beginning of shift with doing a BP/HR, etc and she was a care aide. Another worker would be asking to leave earlier than scheduled so would not miss the bus.
I would give you a 10 if you were a little more affordable. Otherwise, you were great.
The care from all the LPN’s that I had was prompt, very professional, capable, caring, and all were very pleasant women.
I felt confident that I was being properly cared for....
My “nurse next door” has been unbelievably kind and helpful with everything I’ve asked her to do. Meal prep and assistance with washing my hair are two things I really count on her for. But she always finds other helpful things to do... like putting the garbage out, doing laundry, and helping me with puzzles.
Exactly what our elderly mom needed after her emergency surgery. We are very thankful!
Because of the wonderful care Nurse Bri Bolen gives First name removed my husband, she has a wonderful way that puts him at ease, he has dementia, Bri makes him feel comfortable
Our. nurse, Ella, is THE BEST! She truly cares about the health of her patient-my husband. She never skips the things she’s to check for. Takes her job seriously. Takes out the garbage from my husband’s room AND has brought in the empty garbage cans from outside when it was raining!!!
