Care being cancelled multiple times at the last minute with no replacement.
All nurses are very pleasant and professional, the only issue we have is booked time. In some cases book times vary greatly.
Please do not book anything later than 6:00 as I hook up at 7:00.
We appreciate and are thankful for all that the nurses do.

My nurse is friendly always on time.
I would like her to help me to with ordering my supplies, she says that it is done by my PD
Nurse .
Tatum and Josie are very very helpful and understanding.
Glady,Tina, and John are excellent! Very patient, compassionate, caring and knowledgeable.
Super professional nurses. They really helped my mom transition through a difficult time, the death of my dad.
I had 6 different caretakers over approximately 3 days/each for an 8 hour period and only one had any household work skills required to prepare your advertised 'light housekeeping' or 'light meal preparation'. For example: 1) None could cook an egg for breakfast, and one caregiver needed my help to toast bread in a very simple toaster. 2) Two were terrified when a wind rattled my windows, and kept asking me what they should do in the middle of the night.
3) Of the two in #2, one unplugged all the lamps and my modem from their sockets and failed to tell me or the next caregiver. Consequently nobody had internet or cell phone until noon the next day until I figured it out. 4) The second of the two in #2, complained many times that she was cold, and didn't have the sense to use the throw available to her. Instead, she turned the heat up to 30, and never turned it back down when she left. 5) both of the same two disappeared as fast as they could, after asking me if they could do anything, which made it almost impossible to ask without shouting. It did seem that neither wanted a request from the person they were caregiving for.
All 4 of the other caregivers were pleasant, as helpful as they knew how to be, and one of them was exceptional.
May I suggest: 1) a simple skills workshop to train new staff on the use of North American kitchens; 2) some training on cooking simple light meals for clients; 3) better training, especially in anticipating and listening to clients needs, before you send them out to homes for 3-8 hrs. Clients in pain and unable to walk, need much better care than I received over my 3 days of post-op care from Nurses Next Door.
Friendly employees Laurel, Fanny and John come to mind.

Kind, Capable, reliable, responsive and CONSISTENT home support workers has been critical to safe and quality care. Truly supportive.
Care people are sent out with no idea of client requirements (one exception is Christine jensen
Charisse was awesome - competent, helpful, friendly, and she even spoke French which was a bonus!!
I think your service is very good and almost all of your staff are amazing. The reason for an 8 is that some of your staff seem to have not been screened too well. Also a 9 or a 10 is perfect and nothing is perfect.
I am really grateful that you guys exist.
The nurse is very helpful, efficient, friendly, and helps me with the Baxter supplies.
My “nurse next door” is incredibly helpful, reliable, capable, and kind. She helps with food prep, showering, doing laundry, and changing sheets on the bed. She’ll do whatever needs to be done, quickly and efficiently, and she is very good company.
The staff is always cheerful and very helpful. They take time to make sure you are doing ok and are setup properly.
