They are a much needed service, who help patients a lot, I am myself Using there services to help me with setting up my Cycler, now I can concentrate on getting better.
They seem quite knowledgable in what they do, I would be lost without them, also there staff are very friendly.
You do not send workers for a briefing or quick orientation for my care. Every client has different needs and routines. It's not because we are seniors that our care are the same. Some seniors may not have all they're marble intact but, mine are intact. Every person is different, it doesn't mean that because worker's are nurses that they are very qualified. I already had someone put me in bed with my sleepers and my wheelchair liner in bed as she put me down for my fatigue management. I am an MS client and it is very important that workesr understands me. My speech gets weaker once I get tired and of course my speech is different than any other because of my MS. We have emailed your so called "care designer," that I have a cat yet, she brought someone who got teary eyed after a few minutes in my house, reacting to my cat. Last night, I had someone who was scared of my friendly sweet cat. If you can send someone who can be here on time (not 10-20 mins late), I have my private care giver who can give them a quick orientation as to how things are done in my house especially doing the lifts and transfers and where to find my food etc. I have sent my daily schedule/routine but, maybe this people coming to my house was not informed. they see me the first time and doesn't have a clue where things are & they cannot even understand me. How would you like to be in my shoes???
Very helpful to clients who can remain staying home instead of being hospitalized, especially for the seniors. Nurses are nice, polite and punctual.
They do take care very good we are happy for work
I really appreciated the kind, compassionate, professional service. It was very easy to reach ppl for scheduling, etc. There was flexibility to adapt to my parents' specific needs. Also, I was able to talk to people about my concerns and fears, they really listened and helped support me throughout one of the hardest times of my life. When I reached out, there was a quick and very compassionate response back...that meant a lot! One caregiver said, that I too am part of their 'family' and they care about me, too...that was so kind! As my parents' only family member in town and as a single parent dealing with their health crisis, it really helped to not feel 'alone', not just in the sense of providing care, but in terms of talking about the situation.
I really like nurse next door because very caring peoples always on time ,they are doing very good job, respect their family .I am almost three years whit them,i am appreciate.....thank you for every thing they are doing..
Friendly outstanding nurses who care about me and are nice to talk with and they listen when I’m going through this pain far away from home

I think there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of consistency of service delivery and communication.
It didn’t appear that any of the nurses drove and I wanted help shopping for groceries. Also, the hours did not suit me particularly.
The financing has to improve.
Extremely friendly staff
The girl is very nice. She does a great job with my foot care.
My caregiver did not show up one day. I am on the cycler dialysis machine. I broke my wrist so need help setting the machine up. A couple of times she set up the machine wrong. During the night it started alarming and ended up no receiving all my dialysis.
In reality, I do not think your company works up to the standards that your advertising claims.
Reliability and timeliness from both the administrative staff as well as the LPN/RNs. The commitment to provide quality of service and care.
Regan Smith has been extremely conscientious, and great help to First name removed.
First name removed’s progress is a little slow but Regan is very patient.
We are very grateful.
My Mom was not happy with the quality of housework that was provided. Were expecting
only one person to provide the care and different persons were sent.
Also found out that we did not need 3 hours of care per day so the person was sent away
early. Did not feel that the service provided was worth $55 an hour.
I've only used one of your services. For the most part I've been satisfied with your service.
Most of the helpers help with the needs of the patients .happily
The nurses were very professional, personable and helpful. I wS relieved to have such wonderful people looking after me post surgery.
On time. , courteous. , informative
Very slow to no response when contacted head office
Spoke to client about wanting feedback on phone calls. Client happy with recent service and would like follow-up on all phone calls to care services. Addressed current ongoing paperwork needed. Client happy with care giving enjoys people who he see's on a regular basis.
Good morning, I wanted to write in and provide some feedback (previously sent in an email but did not hear back from Nurse Next Door).
My mother was being looked after by Nurse Next Door over the last month from 10 PM to 8 AM every day.
She passed away on November 28th early in the morning while Grace from Nurse Next Door was on shift. Unfortunately Grace had not experienced a death before and was very upset when I arrived at approximately 7:00 AM.
This was a terrible experience for everyone involved. She did call work to let them know what had happened but was told to go home. My family was very distraught and left in the position of having to console her when I would have expected her employer to have handle the situation - she couldn't and wouldn't leave given her state. In the end my brother in law had to drop her off at the sky train so that her husband could pick her up.
In my opinion, Nurse Next Door did a very poor job. Just to be clear - we are not mad at Grace - she was wonderful. But having her there during our extreme grief was unacceptable - I would have hoped that you would have sent someone from your team to pick her up. I will not recommend Nurse Next Door for anyone who has a parent in their last stages of life.
Sincerely, Elayna
We very much like our care giver winifreda
