your company was absolutely useless. We needed you to do the simple task of picking up food from the kitchen, second floor, and dropping it off at my moms suite, 1st floor. This was a 14 day quarantine situation and your people did not have the needed PPE. I paid for 2 hours every meal time, your people were expected to keep my mom company. One of them had the nerve to go out and have a smoke as soon as she got there. Not only will I not be recommending your services, I will be telling as many people as possible that you should not be in the care profession. No one you sent cared at all, nor did your reps on the phone and the people in your billing department sent me a paid receipt well before you took my money. I didn't want to make a fuss but I could have. Worst experience, you took advantage of a family that needed help.

Reliable, punctual, client likes the staff very much.

I did not feel that your company was able to help my mother with her needs, very limited in tasks able to help a disabled person.

We thought the caregivers were great (except for one that was an hour late)
The original interview was informative and other than that one caregiver everyone was impressively on time.
One of the caregivers slept on her shift in a bed we had made for a future live in caregiver (the bed was left a bit messy with hair in it) so we had to re wash the sheets. Ii recall being told they don’t sleep on shift but We actually told her it was ok to nap on the sofa because we figured it must be tiring staying up all night. We just didn’t expect her to use the second bedroom.
The cost is significant especially for overnight visits. We were lucky we can afford it but I’m sure that could put off some families.
Overall We were happy to have this service available for our urgent needs.

Melba Lewis is the most wonderful companion to my mom. Thank you , she has made my moms journey with Alzheimer’s easier for all of us.

The use of the app to share information among caregivers and supervisors seems to work well. I feel confident that caregivers will be on time - important for those who work. Quality of care is good and caregivers are very helpful with chores. Together, these features make the service well worth the substantial cost.

Qualified staff available on short notice to provide safe care to family in their own home. Staff easy to contact by phone and communicate with.

For the most we have been happy but earlier we were over charged time in some days and it has never been corrected

i came to vancouver from winnipeg for a 10 day holiday unfortunately i have lost complete kidney function and require daily peritoneal dialysis i had prearranged for assistance from your nurses and didn't know what to expect i can tell you that the treatment received was absolutely excellent your staff set up a visitation for each morning and kept to the schedule as promised every day they reset my Baxter cycler i can not thank them enough for how they made my holiday possible and for their exceptional professionalism if i am still able to return next year there is no doubt i shall once again seek for their assistance please give my best regards to marika sincerely Doctor Name removed

The nurse (Josie) that comes into our home every day is very competent, caring and spends the time with us to ask how my husband is. She takes the time to listen to any of our concerns. We feel very fortunate to have her and would recommend Josie to any other individual seeking care.
