It is a very lovely facility. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. It was my first time doing contrast and I was nervous. However, Alex was very informative and super calming. The experience was 10/10 for me and I am hoping to make it part of my wellness journey!

Quiet, clean, helpful and friendly staff, easy do it overall. Loved the two floormat towels bigger ones might even be even better for the area between the tub and shower. I liked that there was a towel in the sauna and another one by the bathtub.
One thing I would recommend that would make the experience more helpful for those who are just trying to the first time or starting out is to put kind of like a little list in the room of like the steps to follow and the timing or the recommended timing between rotations. Part of it is personalized, but it just be good to kind of know what the baseline is for spending time in the sauna, and then in the cold plunge with the shower in between.
I would have been more inclined to book a second follow up to try it again if I could’ve been able to go home and look at my book of appointments and my work schedule and suck versus having to make the decision to get it for only $50 before I walked out.
My body was totally adjusting to the experience and I really couldn’t think straight and I just knew I had a lot going on. I’m also needed to start jury duty next week which could mean I’d have to just cancel the appointment. So I hope this is kept in mind. It would be better to just offer somebody else. I can’t follow up experience if they’re still not totally sure about whether to get a packet or to continue going and tell them they have to call back within a few days or give them a code to put in that only has a few days expiration to book it.
I would also recommend that since the space is so tight making sure people know they can pull the little side table or bench out from where it is to put their things on and possibly put another hook somewhere in the room to ha g clothes.
I couldn’t figure out my work schedule on the spot - and I have a job where I sometimes have to work on a weekend so that was the only thing that was a little bit of a disappointment.
I loved the challenge of the cold plunge post sauna and vitamin c shower. I also appreciate such great staff!!

The associates who helped us were wonderful… we really appreciated getting a little tour of where everything was/how it worked. The experience itself was exactly what we were looking for on a dreary, rainy day. We left feeling so much better than when we arrived and we appreciated the cleanliness and modern feel. I’ve already recommended it to friends…
I like the premise, being by myself or who I choose, the fact that I could play YouTube for music, very kind staff

It was a very different experience I had to had before. The heat of he sauna was great for the pain I've had in my leg. The place was clean and it was private and I felt comfortable.
