I loved the single room convenience of a sauna, cold plunge and shower. It really maximizes enjoyment of the hour session. The movie selection from HBO Max was good and so was the eucalyptus towel treatment.

Was fantastic, but would like to do a plan with my partner where we can pay something like $350/month for both of us to come at the same time. It’s the same cleanup, but then I don’t have to keep paying the guest fee which is frustrating. As long as you make it come at the same time, it’s extra revenue

Very welcoming experience. Everything was explained throughly. The room was clean and peaceful and love the sauna very hot and changing the light and being able to control sounds was awesome. The cold plunge was great. It did remind me that I do prefer Cryo but it’s a great option for seamless contrast therapy. Also, having the shower in the room was so convenient. Will definitely return.
Everything! Friendly and helpful people at the desk, great guidance on the amenities and the cleanliness of the place. (I will admit the cold bath is a challenge to get used to but that’s on me!! 🤣)

A perfect opportunity to take a hour to myself and just relax. No consumption of media, just enjoying a cold plunge followed by a sauna session. 10/10 experience and looking forward to my next session
