Very clean facilities with great amenities outside of contrast therapy. The vitamin c infusion for the shower was a nice added bonus. The suite layout was perfect for our couple experience.

The 2 girls at the desk were very nice and helpful. However the towels need to be replaced. They should not be put in suite frayed and torn. And the cold plunge was in a 5T error code and above 50 degrees. But I love swthz and will always recommend it to everyone.
