The only negative is the location. Being across the street from literally the busiest Costco in the country means there will be no parking nearby. Otherwise, the staff are great.
The staff members were extremely helpful and patient as this was my first experience. They were knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly.

Relaxing, helpful staff.
There was a large group of us and the staff seemed overwhelmed. We filled out liability paperwork two at a time. A tedious process. Most of us were unaware that a credit card would be required since we paid ahead of time. Beside that annoying process, it was a wonderful experience and all of us plan to visit again with other friends & family.

I loved my experience. The only thing I wish for most spas is to not have shower heads from the ceiling with black girl magic hair… just my opinion but black women can’t necessarily tolerate shower heads directly from above. I managed with a shower cap. This all doesn’t stop me from booking the next session! Well deserved and will return again :)
Friendly staff, helpful orientation tour, and relaxing atmosphere
The environment was quiet and relaxing. This was the first time I did the cold plunge. It was different and I am glad I did it.
Cleaniness
I loved everything about it! It was so private and peaceful. The lady at the desk was outstanding. I loved the space in the room! The sauna was phenomenal loved the vitamin C shower and the cold plunge. My favorite part was the extra things you guys did the bag for wet clothes, the makeup/hair station, the water, and the hair ties. Very amazing experience
That I was able to be in the room with my daughter have a private conversation with ppl around and enjoy the sauna and the plunge even tho an hour pass by so quick but we enjoyed and we like it

It was nice having my own room for the cold plunge and sauna. The vitamin c shower was nice too.
