From booking online and on the phone to arriving everything was super easy. Nobody rushed us out and made us feel at home. Very easy to operate and we loved that it was so private and clean inside. We had a great experience and will recommend it to anyone and also interested in going more often.

As an athlete the recovery I felt after my first session was unmatched. I get stretch and sports massages and they haven’t made me feel the way I felt after 1 contrast therapy sessions. I knew I had to get a membership when the session was over and I did. There was a lightness in my body that I haven’t experienced.

Chiara was so helpful in showing me the facility and how everything works. The hour flew by and I left feeling so amazing! My first time taking a cold plunge too. I love how everyone gets a private room and that there is an option to bring another guest into the room with you!

Everything seemed well maintained and clean. Staff was friendly. 1 recommendation would be to have more hooks or some kind of cubby available for clothes and shoes.
