Everything! The infrared sauna was so nice, I was sweating so much. The cold plunge was difficult however it was a first time experience. I did appreciate the tour and liked how the young lady was very thorough with explaining everything including tips for first time visitors. It definitely made the experience much more enjoyable. Will definitely come back

The private sauna and cold plunge were great. The check-in process is messy. Why wouldn't that information be part of the reservation instead of on a glitchy iPad? Everything else was fine!
