The spacious area, beautiful blue marble walls, and that they preheated the sauna for me. Most importantly, I was running late because I was taking he bus for the first time and they didn't give me a hard time at all. They made me feel like I should relax and not stress about small things.
One thing, I wish I that they provided more floor mat towels. I did ask for an extra towel (had 3 large one total for hair, body, and to lay on) but I needed an extra floor one to get out of the shower bc I slipped a number of times going from shower to cold plunge and vice versa. The floor mat towel I use is for the sauna since my feet get hot

I had a great time in my studio, so good of a time I hopped on the membership right away! I came out a whole new person and while that cold plunge was COLD, it showed me that I am capable of doing hard things! I’m not a super hardcore athlete, I do cardio a few times a week, so I went in with the intent to be mindful and listen to my body and it was a wonderful way to do so. The private suite was an amazing way to spend some me time.
I love the vibe it the suites. Having the tv where I can play music really set the tone. I love alternating between cold plunges and sauna. Great muscle recovery. I felt amazing afterwards.
