It was great. I worry that the tub water isn’t clean enough and isn’t replaced just filtered after people use it. Also the speakers regularly don’t work. Most of the time they don’t work. Love the place tho just would like to see these things work
It was so relaxing and I didn’t have a negative thought the entire time I was there. I struggle with OCD and it was really nice to just “be” for a while. The rooms are also such a vibe and very high class. Cold plunge was scary but I felt great after!

First time going! The host made sure I was aware of the faculty and the amenities that are offered. She showed me how to work each section and gave me recommendations. My area was clean. I enjoyed all three sections. I would recommend putting down a floor mat on the floor thats large enough to go room the shower to sauna. I kind of created one woth my towels.
I will definitely be coming back.
