I really enjoyed that it was a private suite, you could move at your own leisure and didn’t have to worry about others space. It was very clean and had great amenities in addition to the sauna and cold plunge.
Everything was excellent. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and provided us with a lot of helpful information. The suite was extremely clean and well maintained definitely a 10 out of 10 experience. I even signed up for a membership before leaving, completely on my own terms. I really appreciated that the staff was not pushy or pressuring at all, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The experience was incredible. I am a dedicated cold plunger, but this was the first time I had ever paired it with the sauna. Lovely!

Front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful. The studio and sauna/cold plunge suite were SUPER clean. The cold plunge temperature was the most manageable I’ve ever experienced - challenging but not torture.
Only con: pricing. I was attracted to SweatHouz’s $40 promo offer and was kind of shocked a regular session costs $70.
Staff is very friendly but respectful of privacy and space. I very much felt welcomed and it was enough to make me consider a membership

The cold plunge is my favorite I’m not a big sauna person but after the few mins in the cold plunge each time it was nice loved it was my first time doing anything like this

Everything!! It was exactly what I was looking for! Loved the private suite & the showers. Maybe slippers as an upcharge to walk around in the suite & reusable for members when they bring them to a session

Very warmly greeted as I walked in the door with a cold washcloth and a water. The team member was very thorough in her explanation about what my time was going to be like. All three of the experiences were fantastic.
