It was my first time here and it was a lovely experience.
The suite itself was very soothing, the staff was very sweet and welcoming. My favorite part was the sauna obviously. But I really enjoyed my 60 minutes there. I came in a bit stressed and flustered. But I felt so at ease and relaxed as I was leaving.
It’s def a nice experience, I will def be back!
Kiara was very professional, so sweet and pleasant, she walked us through everything and explained very thoroughly, she also went over the membership options. I absolutely enjoyed my experience from the warm welcome, the aesthetics and cleanliness and scheduling my next visit in the App, Definitely look forward to returning.
I enjoyed the privacy and how clean everything was. They had wonderful amenities for post contrast therapy as well.
The relaxation of just having me time… The sauna was just what I needed for my muscles…
So peaceful! Wish sessions were like 15 min longer though.

The entire experience
Sara at the front was super sweet and informative! I’ve never been in any sort of sauna or cold tub before so it was an experience. She explained every step in detail and was super encouraging. Excellent experience and will return!

The suites are really nice and I loved the experience.
This place is absolutely rejuvenating and amazing. I went for the first time with no expectations and i can honestly say from the time i walked in until i left i felt so relaxed and calm and happy to be there. I left feeling relaxed, and whole and will absolutely be returning and including this place as apart of my self care!

Was very relaxing and just what we needed after a stressful time. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.
The staff member was very friendly. If possible, maybe a way to incorporate speakers outside of sauna, to still here the music outside in shower or cold plunge

We had a blast! the facility in Ballston was beautiful and clean. the staff was polite and helpful.
Though, I got the Valentine's day package, and was charged an additional $30, day of, for a guest add-on, which confused me. Waiting to hear back from customer service.
