I felt like I was in my own personal spa, which I was! I enjoyed the experience very much. The design of the room was very nice, although there could be more of a non-slip floor. I look forward to returning.

absolutely love this place! I started coming here because I was dealing with inflammation and pain in my back, and after just a few sessions, I’ve noticed a huge improvement. The sauna and cold plunge therapy have become part of my wellness routine, and I honestly look forward to every visit.
