When I first walked in, I was greeted warmly by the two front desk associates. They both seemed genuinely happy to be there, which made me happy to be there too! They showed me around and gave a great tour and I was very impressed by the room itself, which felt like my own private oasis. The sauna was incredible, and I left feeling recharged and refreshed! I’m excited to go back!

Room ready. Wish some of the streaming services were already signed in when you arrive. Perspire , your local competitor texts me what I would like to watch and what temp do you want it set at before I arrive. So instead of wasting time signing in and adjusting the temp, it’s already done

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. The facility was very clean and inviting, as well as offered many thoughtful and complimentary accommodations for customers. I went with my mom to try it and we both absolutely loved, and agreed we’d definitely go again.

I appreciated the privacy, thoughtful setup, and overall cleanliness of the spa. The host was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable, which made the experience enjoyable. One area for improvement would be having staff remove their shoes before entering treatment rooms, as guests are expected to walk barefoot and maintaining that level of cleanliness would help create a more sanitary environment.

Enjoyed the room with all included in one place
I like the privacy of the suite and an hour of “me” time. The suites are super clean and it is nice to have the Dysons for hair styling afterwards. I also appreciate the small touches like flavored water and having hair ties.
Cold plunge is so hard beside it brings back memories of post- soccer practice cold baths when I was in high school. That being said, I definitely feel so clear headed afterward.
The worker was so kind and took the time to explain everything and make sure I was comfortable before starting my session. The experience itself was very nice and relaxing and going between two extremes definitely helped with my soreness and tension. I loved having my own entertainment but my one suggestion would be to have an ad free YouTube version because having a stretching video and music was so helpful but the ads took time out of my session waiting to skip the ads.

Place was clean, tubs could have been colder and sauna a bit hotter but fine for normal people lol.
