Great experience. Clean facilities with professional staff. Only negative, when arriving to an appointment the sauna was off and it took half the appointment to warm up to an effective temperature. Recommend that staff turns saunas on before appointments so they are ready.

Morgan was so great! Friendly, welcoming & had a nice chat with her while I got ready to head into work. Between conversation she was attentive to others who were coming in & leaving. Making sure their respective studios were re-set for the next guest, ensuring towel change out was on cadence and so on. I love SweatHouz its offerings, I have talked it up to many, and had a friend join the one in Raleigh. I was slightly disappointed that for my first visit at NL, I didn't know about the no hot water in the showers. I gave it a few minutes thinking that maybe it's just cold water sitting in the pipe from overnight and it just needed to run through. Gave it about 5 minutes or so. Turned it off to not waste, played this dance for longer than I probably should have and gave up. So- double cold plunge day it became. Only reason I didn't leave sooner was because finding out after swapping clothes, and getting ready just made it not worth it to come out and ask. I may have waited to come in for visit 1 until that was taken care of beforehand but, the world continues to turn. I get it, new construction, plumbing and so on can be such a pain to deal with and you're just trying to get the studio open and operating. Doesn't impact my opinion of the business or otherwise, still a fan, still promote it to anyone who will listen & again, Morgan is a great asset to your organization! Lindsey too- I've posted my experience with her service based mindset and member engagement to Google, as well as a team member from the Ballston location.... you have a great team & service =)
