It was very relaxing and I felt great afterwards. I really like the private rooms and the set up of the rooms. Everything was really clean and orderly as well. I like the little details like having a Ziploc bag for your wet bathing suit available as well as the cold compress towels and multiple sets of towels for the sauna and the shower.

Everything is included sauna, cold plunge, and shower. There's a complimentary flavored seltzer machine and the staff sets the temperature all the way up, the way I like it.
