Love having a personal suite to spend an hour in relaxation. And I love the vitamin c shower. My hair is always incredible after a session. Please provide Q-tips post shower. It is so small but something I just always forget and I know others do as well.

The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. The facility is always clean. I purchased the unlimited monthly and loved it so much I signed my husband up for the same. Great addition to the area.

Facilities are great and very clean. Staff is awesome, especially Aisha the manager, Hailey, and Odalys. Really lives up to the concept of a luxury spa-like experience. Please don’t remove toiletries from suites as that would impact the high end vibe. Perhaps refresh individual use amount when turning over the suites. Also, speaker connectivity in the sauna can be spotty and can take a few minutes in beginning of each session to properly connect. Perhaps something that can be checked during room turnover so client is not using time to fix. Thank you.
