Amazing first time/experience for me and my fiance. We workout 5-6 days out of the week and this was just what we needed. I also loved how each thing was all in one room. How we could go from sauna, to vitamin c shower to cold plunge without having to leave the room. The layout was very well thought out.

Friendly staff, I like the suites and privacy. Great way to unplug for an hour.
Very welcoming environment. The young lady gave me a tour of the facility and then explained how everything worked. Only drawback was there was no one at the counter when I was finished.
The suites are always clean and comfortable. The staff are always friendly, and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Friendly staff and the privacy of the experience is what keeps me coming back. Cold plunge is great and the sauna is customizable to my preferences. It’s why I keep coming back.
