It was my first time going to something like this and it’s such a cool set up. I loved that you didn’t have to go to multiple rooms for each treatment and had privacy in your own suite.

Front desk girl was very nice and helpful. Love the quality of the room. Sauna was very hot and easy to control. Cold plunge and shower were great.
The only thing I had an issue with was connecting my phone to the Bluetooth in suite 3.

Great service and facility. I’d give it a 10 if there was a reclining option, maybe for red light therapy to get that spa treatment. Would be great to have a hand shower option as well.
Clean, great temps. Could use more hooks and cubbies for personal items. Also a hand hold in the shower.
It was a perfect escape from the day to day stress. Felt relaxed and had an amazing sleep that night!! Can’t wait to get back!
