Very modern rooms, clean, the speakers in the sauna were a nice touch
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The suite was clean and just as expected. And the amenities is like a hydration station, and the beauty bar were great! I was also able to book the appointment pretty last minute because I had some free time and that was awesome.

The convenience of having the show, plunge and sauna in close proximity was nice. The entertainment while inside was nice. I wished the speakers in the sauna had worked but the TV played the music just fine. Having the sauna pre-warmed and the tub already saved a lot of time and were a great convenience.

I really love walking in and being greeted by friendly, happy staff. Everyone is smiling and welcoming.That attitude just makes the atmosphere so enjoyable and comfortable. I also like how clean and tidy all the suites are. Sweathouz Mosaic is a great place to relax and recharge after a long day.

The facility was excellent and the staff were very professional, friendly and courteous.
Everyone was super sweet and it was such a great way to unwind and relax after a long days work. I feel like it’s the perfect way to recover from my workouts and just a self-care luxury.

I liked having my own suite and the plunge pool was fantastic. It's a super clean and pleasant atmosphere. Grace was helpful when I checked in. My only negative is the parking - lack of.

I enjoy and appreciate the amenities, the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. I also thoroughly enjoy the sauna and the cold plunge experience. I am excited to continue to use my three month unlimited package and look forward to the results that I’ll see with more consistent use.
Just a nice experience. Forces you to be alone and disconnect from the world. Sauna is nice and easy, but ice bath is a true mental war, but very rewarding once you get in and especially when you get out of it.
I loved how smooth the process was and the facility was very clean and felt very private and luxurious. As a former collegiate and professional athlete, I will certainly be back again!
