Everything really. Friendly staff that explained everything. Music in the sauna and big enough to lay down in. The water station and infused hand towels at checkin. The timer to keep track. Lots of towels. The cold plunge was also rally roomy. The shower amenities smell amazing. Nice little room to blow dry hair and put on makeup. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

The entire experience was fantastic very calming peaceful great way to rest your body. My husband has syatica and back issues and he walked out with no pain. Absolutely recommend 10/10. The employees were very helpful and very kind. Thank you for a wonderful 1st time experience.

The overall experience is great. The temperatures of the sauna and cold plunge are perfect, the ability to put on music adds a lot to the vibe, and the shampoo makes my hair really soft.
The one complaint I have is that for the regular packages prices, 60min feels rushed. 70min would make a big difference in being able to do a few rounds of hot/cold and then wash off and change afterward.
I like the privacy and be able to access the sauna, cold plunge and vitamin shower. Also, the facility is clean and staff is friendly. However, 1hr is too short to be doing all 3. I went there to relax but the clock is making me anxious or stressing me out that I need to be able to do this and that by the minute.
