From start to finish I enjoyed my experience. It started with being pleasantly greeted by Ariana. Then having such an amazing time and receiving a much needed time of recovery and relaxation.
My first time being there was amazing. The cold plunge was very refreshing and thrilling. I definitely will have to come again.
Suite was clean, YouTube was connected to sauna, and the temps were all controllable. Shower was nice for adjusting between both too.

I felt great after my session at SWTHZ. The suite was clean, and well designed. The staff were kind and very helpful. The only thing I wish I could change is the price. It’s a little more than I’d like to spend - but I can and will do it on occasion.

Had an amazing first experience at SWTHZ! The facility was extremely clean and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Jasalyn (hopefully I’m spelling that correctly!) was so friendly, informative, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She made the entire experience feel comfortable and easy.
The sauna was EVERYTHING!!! Exactly what I needed and definitely my favorite part. The cold plunge, on the other hand… whew 😂 it was SUPER cold and will definitely take some getting used to, but I’m glad I tried it!
Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!
