Love the private suites and how clean and modern everything is. Staff was friendly and helpful. The YouTube relaxation video was nice but it kept going to ads which interrupted the calm flow.

I started going to SweatHouz as part of my weekly recovery routine, and I’m absolutely obsessed! I love the private suites, alway super clean and tidy, and the entire team is so kind, welcoming, and helpful. The experience has quickly become something I look forward to every week. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I loved my experience! I had a warm welcome and thorough orientation. The facility is clean and feel luxurious and elegant. The sauna and cold plunge both worked as described. One hour was plenty of time. Not sure if it’s in my head or what, but I had a great hair day after using the vitamin C shower!
The suites are very nice and most importantly the staff seem to work hard to keep them very clean. The Staff at the Sweathouz I have been using have been very nice, knowledgeable, and hardworking.

Staff was very friendly and helpful to any of our questions. The sauna and cold plunge experience helped rejuvenate me after a long flight from out of state. I thought it was a very nice touch that shampoo, conditioner, and the body wash was offered after the whole experience was done. I had forgotten to pack those items for this experience, but SWTHZ had that covered for me!
