The experience was high quality. I felt relaxed and ready to seize the day. I loved the vitamin c shower, the water was so smooth and nourishing for my skin. This was great for restoring your body after a couple days of good workouts.

I loved how welcoming and informative the woman at the front was as she guided me to the back. I loved the private space, the infrared, the cold plunge and how helpful the contrast therapy was with my tweaked neck and shoulders. The Vitamin C therapy was the cherry on top.
But honestly above all, because I had been so graciously informed on how to contrast therapy-I felt super confident and really enjoyed my experience.
