10 outta 10! We had a great time. I believe the wonderful front desk lady was named Sarah. She was really awesome, made us feel welcome, explained it all, and told us about the membership and package options. We enjoyed our swthz hour. Yay thank you
I love the fact that it’s private. That makes the experience quite intimate. We sweated, plunged and chatted. A perfect date with hubby.
I really enjoyed the concept! It is an affordable way for people to experience infrared saunas and a cold plunge privately. A couple suggestions I have would be one more towel in the room, 1 in the sauna, 1 for the cold plunge, and 1 for the shower so people do not have to use a dirty towel after their shower. Another suggestion is a little bit better training on how to use the panel on the sauna because I mistakenly turned the heaters off in mine while trying to start the timer (I didn’t turn off the sauna so I’m not exactly sure how the heater was turned off) so for 15 minutes of my session the heat was going down until I figured out what happened
I visited during my vacation from the UK. I struggled to access the website from home to book in for my session but once I arrived in the states, I had no issues booking in. My experience was unbelievable and I just wish you had this in the UK. From the arrival everything was 10/10, the complimentary bottle of water, the towel use and the bag for my wet swimsuit - the attention to detail was incredible. The suite was stunning, the sauna and ice bath were great and the vitamin c shower was a nice touch. The access to the TV was a great addition, even though I didn’t use it and I loved the beauty bar to use afterwards so I could get ready for my lunch date. Booking system was great, the offer of a secondary taster session at a reduced price was really appreciated and I did try and book this for my last day so I could get ready for my flight home but I left it too late to book and there were no time slots left that suited me unfortunately, which I was genuinely gutted about. Next time I’m back in the US I will 100% be visiting again!
