I had such an amazing experience at Sweathouse! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, clean, and really welcoming. The space is beautifully designed and gives off such a relaxing vibe, which instantly helps you unwind. The sauna was incredible perfect temperature, super clean, and exactly what I needed to decompress. Pairing it with the cold plunge took the whole experience to another level. It was refreshing, energizing, and left me feeling completely reset both mentally and physically. What really stood out to me was how well everything is maintained and how thoughtful the setup is. You can tell they care about creating a high-quality experience for their guests. It’s the perfect place to relieve stress, recharge, and take care of yourself. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Sweathouse to anyone looking for a unique and rejuvenating wellness experience!

I absolutely loved my visit as Sweathouz Mosaic. I came across Mosaic when my regular location, Pike + Rose, was fully booked for the day. I got a full tour, and I always love seeing the variations in different Sweathouz locations. I loved the lavender cold compress, and I got a beautiful black marble suite for my contrast therapy session. The two associates were lovely, and the overall serene atmosphere was greatly appreciated upon entering. I look forward to experiencing Mosaic again sometime soon!

Privacy, clean and neat environment. Would be nice to have access to music with no advertising and more flexibility on timing options for packages. 2 hours would be ideal for 1 room for 2 people

Lot's to like. Clean. Nice welcoming front desk. I liked my own suite that I could pace myself the way I felt the most comfortable. I didn't know how to time myself with each thing but I am coming back to see if I can do the cold plunge a little longer. I drove from Brentwood which was kind of a hike so it was nice to have a parking deck right there with a parking pass for 90 min.
