Went on sat. at 4:45 the receptionist was amazing! She gave us a tour and brought us to our room. She explained everything to us and made us feel comfortable with everything. Definitely recommend this to friends and family! Thank you!

The staff was SO helpful and kind without feeling robotic or forced. The facility was clean, luxurious, private, and beyond relaxing! I can’t wait to return and to tell all of my friends about it. I think this is the what SF has been missing!

How they remember to raise the temp on the sauna to the max and lower the temp on the cold plunge to the minimum for me. The free vitamin water and great attitudes are also a great part of the experience. I also just like how clean, well made, and good quality everything is. The only thing I would add are timers for sauna and cold plunge so we don’t have to use our phones
Excellent I will definitely recommend and the staff was so kind , professional and knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. The place was soo clean and smells fresh . The Suana , the vitamin C shower and the cold plunge was just what my body needed omg it was amazing
