The combination of heat and cold left me feeling relaxed, mentally refreshed, and physically rejuvenated. It was also a great test of my endurance, self-discipline, and ability to step outside my comfort zone.
Overall, it was a unique and memorable wellness experience that I would definitely love to do again. I walked away feeling lighter, calmer, and full of positive energy.

The employee had great customer service. She was thorough on what to expect for it being my first time experience. I felt relaxed throughout the whole process of being in the sauna to the vitamin shower and absolutely loved the cold plunge.

I really enjoyed my experience at SWEATHOUZ! I loved being able to have my own private suite and go back and forth between the sauna and cold plunge at my own pace. Everything felt really clean, relaxing, and comfortable, and I left feeling amazing afterward. It was my first time and I would definitely come back!
