It was an amazing experience, very relaxing my first time cold plunging, but I loved it. I felt more energized and refreshed throughout my day. I will definitely come back again.

I appreciated the privacy, thoughtful setup, and overall cleanliness of the spa. The host was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable, which made the experience enjoyable. One area for improvement would be having staff remove their shoes before entering treatment rooms, as guests are expected to walk barefoot and maintaining that level of cleanliness would help create a more sanitary environment.

i liked how the room was set up as well as the benefits from the room! i definitely felt more refreshed and ready to start my day. i really enjoyed the cold plunge for a first time and it was something i would come back to do.

I loved every second of the experience, from the moment I was greeted at the desk to the moment I left the building! The sauna was amazing, the soap and shampoo were excellent, and the ice bath (while scary) was such a wonderful experience!
Justin was very helpful. Liked the size and temp of the actual sauna. Easy to listen to music and clock was helpful as well.
