It was difficult to adjust to the heat of the sauna and the freezing cold plunge at first, but I felt very relaxed after doing two rounds of sauna, shower, cold plunge. I think this would benefit me to continue doing. Once I had adjusted to the temperatures of everything, it felt great.

My experience there was amazing. I was fortunate enough to meet two of the owner’s and they were awesome. They explained the positives of the sauna and cold plunge to where I had an understanding of it all as it was my first experience. I will recommend this to anyone and everyone. Thank you to the owners for being friendly and giving me a great first impression.

This was my first time at SweatHouz Edgewater and I absolutely loved the experience! The space was beautiful, spotless, private, and so relaxing. I especially enjoyed the combination of the infrared sauna and cold plunge—I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and energized. The staff was welcoming and made my first visit so easy and comfortable. I enjoyed it so much that I already booked my next session! Highly recommend!

From beginning to end it was very enjoyable. The front staff were lovely and very thorough. The sauna was amazing and my skin feels great after the vitamin c shower. Plunge wasn’t too bad either!

The front desk girl was very nice and informative !! I think it’s important who welcomes you. it’s what creates the right customer experience. She knows what she’s talking about. It’s the worst going somewhere when they don’t actually have the knowledge about the services. She’s good at what she does! I loves the private space as well. Nice and clean, and the vitamin c shower was cool bonus!
