Had such a great experience at chestnut hill. The girls at the front were very helpful and attentive. Would definitely recommend!
The staff was very friendly and informative, they clean the rooms very quickly. The scented hand towel was amazing. The cold plunge was very challenging but it can be done....The music was very relaxing as well.
Haley was great with showing us around and explaining things. The experience was beyond expectations. The room was spotlessly clean. The amenities were perfect. A very enjoyable experience.
Everyone should start their days with sauna and a cold plunge !!! The staff is great, the facility does need some issues taken care of. But I feel they’re working on them. What would be awesome if for a fee of course members could add an extra 15 or 30 minutes to a session ? If it would work out time wise if the suite isnt booked before or better after.
I personally always feel like I could stay in the sauna longer. I never want to get out tbh.

From the moment we walked in Andres made us feel welcome. He was very knowledgeable about the business and gave great tips about the process. The rest of the staff in passing was very nice. The therapy options were fantastic and I conquered the cold tub. Great experience in celebrating our 11th wedding anniversary..

Love the cold plunge!! But wish there wasn’t chlorine in it. Love the privacy of the suite. Love how clean it is there. Love the lighting - dark, dimly lit and relaxing. Love how quiet it is in the suite and throughout the whole space.
