I love that Chloe really engages with the guest, she has amazing hospitality, and you can tell she genuinely cares about what she’s doing. I love the whole concept of SweatHouz, the sauna is very, very nice and the cold plunge is perfect along with the awesome rain style showerheads. Everything is provided for you, towels, shower, essentials, tv & even a nice little plastic bag for your wet clothes. Also, the immense health benefits, physically, and psychologically are amazing. If you’re thinking about trying it, go for it!
This was my wife and I’s first time there. Everything about the suite was great, but the best part of the experience was the staff, specially Lucas.
He checked us in, gave us an in depth tour of the facility, and made sure when had everything we needed. During check-in, I mentioned to him that it was my wife and I’s anniversary and he went out of his way to make the experience special by giving us a hand written card with a coupon for our next visit. His customer service is top tier.
The sauna was great and the cold plunge was very clean. The YouTube account on our tv hit a maximum amount of users however. This didn’t bother us but could bother others
