The facility is very clean and so private.
Everything ,.which includes the polite front desk and the amazing room that I stayed in. The sauna was relaxing and felt good. Loved the shower too and appreciated the towels and the necessities available. Although I did not use the cold plunge, it was beautiful. Very relaxing experience.

Enjoying the experience so far! Would really like to be able to play my own music on the sauna a bit more easily. Haven’t been able to figure that out yet.
It was fantastic and I would definitely recommend to friends and family. One suggestion is maybe to skim the cold plunge between appointments as I noticed a few hairs before I had gotten in. Will be back!

Warm and welcoming staff. Space was beautiful. The contrast therapy helped me relax and also feel like I had a nice refreshing reset. Love the details like offering shower cap, hair ties, water, Dyson dryer, cool compress with eucalyptus.
Staff is very nice and welcoming. It’s a great experience having a personal sauna. The vitamin c shower is amazing and leaves my skin feeling so soft. I like the water fill up station. The Dyson products are great.
It was so wonderful , relaxing , invigorating. I love how the space was made and created. It’s so beautiful. I would highly recommend it to everyone I know.!!!
It was a spectacular experience. I have never had such a wonderful time at a self care establishment. The mood was amazing, the sauna was stimulating, the vitamin c shower was healing and the cold tube was rejuvenating. This experience was a 100/10. I highly recommend and look forward to my next visit!
Everything was great. Except the sound wasn’t working in the sauna and I had to go get a team member. She came in and couldn’t fix it. The only option was to play sound from the TV itself, which wasn’t great. It also reduced my time by 8 minutes. I wasn’t too happy about that. I would have liked to have been offered to switch rooms or have her start my timer over.
I liked everything about Sweathouz it was a great experience and I already recommended friends and family to come and I will be back for sure

Loved the hot , relaxing sauna & the cold tub felt great. Everyone was super kind, helpful, & friendly. A great relaxation after a day teaching.
