I really enjoyed the experience. I like the Bluetooth speaker in the sauna but wish I could also listen while in the cold plunge - it would be a nice distraction from the cold! I also couldn’t see the clock well from the sauna or cold plunge which made it difficult to coordinate each thing and I had to use my phone for a timer when I didn’t want to. Also it was my first time and the clock was already going even though I was being shown the room and explained the various features etc. it should’ve started once that was done. The temp also reduced from 170 to 160 during the time I was in the cold plunge and I wasn’t sure why. But it worked out and I enjoyed the experience overall. I purchased the summer package to try it a few more times to see if I continue with membership for a longer duration. Danielle and the other girl at the front desk were so nice friendly and helpful.

Had such a great experience at SweatHouz today! My husband and I went for a recovery day and it was exactly what we needed. The facility was clean, relaxing, and the whole experience left us feeling refreshed and recovered. Perfect way to give your body some recovery after tough workouts or busy weeks. Staff was welcoming and made everything easy. Definitely adding this into our recovery routine

I love that everything is kept so clean and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The sauna experience goes by so fast because I watch Netflix and the cold plunge feels so good afterwards. I always do the red light bed and after I have a day there I sleep like a baby and feel so energized the next day
Sauna, Vit C shower and plunge pool were all very satisfying. However ads on the tv (which I promptly turned off) were crazy. Why am I being subject to ads in for a relaxed spa-like atmosphere? Seriously just charge $5 more if you need the ads to survive. I was very shocked when they came on (and multiple times within the hour???) I will be back but only because I know now how to turn the tv off.

I really liked how Dan explained & walked me thru everything. I liked how relaxing it all was. Even the cold plunge I feel it helped get rid of toxins. Overall loved the whole experience!
