It was so peaceful to do before work. It put me in the right headspace and mood going into a crazy day. The sauna was my favorite with the isolated music in there, the adjustable temperature and mood lighting, and the overall atmosphere of the facility was amazing. The staff was so nice and welcoming!

I was very satisfied with my first visit to the SweatHouz! I have wanted to do a cold plunge for a while but Memphis didn’t have that opportunity. My first plunge in the tub, I lasted a minute and thirty seconds and my second plunge was three minutes! The feeling after getting out of the cold water is hard to describe but it was a very good sensation! I can’t wait to go back for my encore visit!

I loved everything about SweatHouz. The staff was amazing and welcoming. We enjoyed our own suite with the sauna, vitamin C shower, and cold plunge. We were able to play music and really relax. I would definitely recommend coming here!
Dave was great abt explaining the process so I wasn’t uncomfortable. I loved the sauna and the shower, the plunge will grow on me!

Ice plunge was a little too loud but stopped after 10 minutes. Really need to put up signs to be aware of others. If your inside the suit next to the front desk couple of people started having a conversation 2 feet from my suit really ruined the experience. Next time would definitely ask to have a room away from the front desk. You should only place somone in there if your full it should be the last option. Other wise shower and vibe in the suit was 10/10 would definitely come back
My daughter gave me this as a gift for Mother’s Day. I paid for my husband to have the experience with me. I am doing this for health reasons and I loved every minute of it ( expect the plunge, wow) 🙃
The place is clean and inviting. I have already recommended my family and my sister in-law went the following day.
