Everything! The staff were very informative and helpful. The sauna was amazing, as the vitamin c shower and cold plunge were as well. It was my first time doing one and i was able to build up the endurance to a whole minute.

Never tried anything like that before but it was a wonderful experience. LoL, it took about 10 attempts before I was able to fully submerge myself in the cold plunge but it was worth it in the end. I slept like a baby after the session. I'm thinking about purchasing a few more session. Excellent experience and highly recommended.

I really appreciated having a private room for the full hour. The combination of the shower, cold plunge, and sauna, made it a really comfortable and well-rounded experience.
