As always, the franchise has a great staff. I'm from NJ but I felt at home in NC at the Seaboard location. It was clean and welcoming. I lived that they use large timers in the rooms.

I enjoy and appreciate the amenities, the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. I also thoroughly enjoy the sauna and the cold plunge experience. I am excited to continue to use my three month unlimited package and look forward to the results that I’ll see with more consistent use.
Great customer service
Just a nice experience. Forces you to be alone and disconnect from the world. Sauna is nice and easy, but ice bath is a true mental war, but very rewarding once you get in and especially when you get out of it.

I really enjoyed my experience at SWTHZ. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the employees were welcoming and friendly.
