I do not like the cold plunge and rarely use it. Therefore, I usually spend close to 50 minutes in the sauna. There have been numerous times I got up and the towel showed detoxification. My shoulder doesn’t hurt when I use the therapy consistently. It has been life changing for me.
By the way, the staff at the Coppell location is 10 out of 10. They are always so friendly and inviting. Even though they try to convince me I need to use the cold plunge, I just ignore them because I know they meant it as joke.
Enjoyed the sauna. The cold plunge is brutal but worth it. Lady was very nice and explained everything my first time.

The staff today was amazing!! I got there a little early and one of the customers finished early.. They cleaned the room and had it ready to use in a timely matter.

I did like having the ability to alternate between sauna and cold plunge. However, I would like to have music available in the sauna

The staff is so friendly and has the studio set to your personal settings before you arrive. The studio is extremely clean and all the equipment is top notch. Great management leading a great team delivering a great experience.

I loved the customer service. The lady greeted us with smiles and professionalism and that meant everything to me. She explained everything to us and made it very exciting and liberating. I've never done a cold press before but wanted to experience it. She was very encouraging to me and my husband. We will be back ‼️

One thing was my car was ticketed for parking in the “ retail lot“. I was told by staff to disregard the ticket. But definitely something that should be addressed with the person that monitors that lot. The sign just says retail and doesn’t specify any businesses.
Overall will definitely be recommending to friends and coworkers.
