I just don’t like them in crates for two hours. My dog only stays about 6 hours and crates stress her out. Also front desk seems disorganized. I’m probably spoiled from Camp Bow Wow in Hicksville but they seem so much more professional and caring. I’ve moved though and I’m trying to find a new place so I wanted to give you guys a fair try. I’m still unsure.
Our dog gets so excited together in the car! And then comes home all tuckered out!

My pup loves his playtime with his friends, and the cute events they put on for the pups is adorable. Staff is wonderful and communicative!
I was not comfortable with the ratio of dogs in the room to counselor. They said it was 15 to 1, but there were at least 20 dogs to one person in the room. And dogs in the kennels... there was no outside time at all. Just not a great overall feeling...I don't feel comfortable about him being there
I like the special training that Wheatie is given each week which has been very helpful.
I like that Both Harley and Wheatie are tired and happy after each doggie daycare day
that they spend with Dogtopia at Paradise Village Parkway.
I also like the grooming services and how well both dogs are cared for.
I like the flexible hours and that you are open on weekends.
So far so good. We’re liking being welcomed from another location. Our boy is fitting in well. The staff is working hard with him.
Everyone is really friendly and love dogs
It’s very clean. My dog has a great time and always comes home tired.
My dog stayed overnight for 3 nights. I brought his bed and blanket, neither was in his crate. When I emailed about it, I was assured he would be provided with it. The morning I was picking him up, I watched on the monitor him being released from a crate, no bedding…. He then was excited out of the room because my son was picking him up. His bedding and bag were provided to my son before my dog was brought out and not from the room with the crate he had just been released from. In addition, I watched several times over the three days. Not one attendant engaged with the dogs at all. They stood or sat in the room on their cell phones - texting or whatever. But never engaging. All dogs entertained themselves or just walked around alone. The dogs stayed in the same room they were assigned and that was it. Absolutely not the experience I wanted or expected for him. We won’t be returning.
I think there’s sometimes too many dogs for one handler in the classroom. Maybe an additional handler or less dogs in the classrooms. Great job and love taking my dog there just worry sometimes there’s too many!
Everyone at Dogtopia truly cares about my little dog. They do a great job cleaning up and keeping the ground clean, which is important because the last thing I want is my dog to become sick because he was there they are very good and strict with the immunizations and shots, which I like too.

I love how comfortable my dog is with the staff
1. Do a better job of screening dogs that have previously had an altercation with another dog
2. Have clear guidelines concerning what action Dogtopia will take when one dog injures another dog
I can never view the web cams.. and to fix the problem, the staff tells me to download the latest version of the app . It doesn’t help..

The folks working at this Dogtopia location are very friendly. They give lots of loving to pups that visit. I like the activities and knowing in advance the monthly schedule. I take my pups to Dogtopia so that they have interaction/socialization with other pups, get exercise and exposure to a different environment. Taking my pups to daycare also gives me a break to clean the house and run errands, while knowing they are being well taken care of.

I just moved to the area a couple weeks ago and was stressed out about finding a place to board my dog when I travel for work. Fortunately, this place was recommended to me and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the introduction to the pick up I felt like my dog was truly loved and cared for and I’m excited to have a place Where I can safely. Keep my dog in my new home.
Everyone is always so friendly! They all love Sunny! Sunny is so happy when I bring him there! They have wonderful events each months for dogs to enjoy too!
