Our dogs love Dogtopia of Cypress. They attend every other Friday and stay all day. I let them know that they are going "school" about 5 minutes prior to leaving the house. The dogs get so excited. When we arrive at Dogtopia, they can't wait to get out of the car and go inside. The staff is very friendly and I know our dogs will be well taken care of while there.

Your staff is very welcoming and caring. They all knew my dog’s name from the first visit onwards. I appreciate the special $99 rate for a month of daycare. It gave us a chance to try it out without having to invest a lot of money if he did not enjoy it. Daycare is a great option for socializing and exercise during the cold winter months! I can also see the value for the hot summers as well. Thanks for making us part of the Dogtopia family!

It would be nice for the dogs to have the option to go outside to potty. I am not a huge fan of the fact that they come home smelling like dog pee

I like the cleanliness, flexibility, and, of course, the care taken with my dog. I appreciate that I can see what's going on throughout the day with the webcams. Our doggo loves going to Dogtopia, and we feel confident that she's staying safe and having fun.

The staff is very professional, extremely nice and they also care about the dogs. It is extremely important to me that my fur baby is safe, cared for, and loved. He gets that all at Dogtopia.

The people are very friendly. She always remembers my dogs name when I drop her off in the morning.
I have a small dog, who is very shy. I'm not sure his opinion! I love being able to see him when he is there, I wish it was on when they are there overnight. I do wish the people who are watching them would be a little more interacting with the dogs, instead of always cleaning (which I do think is important). Of the 7 days I was gone, I never saw them outside playing, maybe I just missed it.
I'd like to see some pictures of my dog while there & maybe a report of his behavior, acting towards other dogs, etc. I wish I could afford to have him there during the day, but I can't
afford to do that since I'm now retired.

Friendly staff, clean facility
Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The facility is very clean and we like all the options available. Our puppy Teddy seems quite happy there.
Staff are patient and they seem to stick around. I like that stability and continuity. They greet my dog by name and report to me if they noticed anything unusual during the dog's stay. I appreciate that they are not too busy to answer questions and take an interest in the dogs and clients.
Services are exceptional. I know my dog is always well taken care when I take her to Dogtopia
