Dogtopia is a godsend for our very active puppy! She loves it and everyone there is so caring! She comes home tired and that gives us a little break!

No issues whatsover with the place. I think folks are very nice, and seems like the dogs are having fun. But the mobile app is abysmal, and the webcam functionality is meant to be one of the main differentiators of this place.

We love everything about Dogtopia so far! It is easy to schedule, we love watching our pup on the webcams, and every member of the team clearly loves their job. It shows! Customer service at this level is hard to find these days, and Dublin Dogtopia staff makes iit fun to visit!

Everyone is so friendly and really cares about the dogs.
My dog is very insecure and attached to people. It’s difficult for her to learn to play with other dogs. When I checked in on tne camera she was always right next to a person but I never saw one pat her head or pet her. She needs that reassurance to become comfortable in a new environment.
Customer service and clean facility
Changing staff all of the sudden has been hard for me to deal with. I’ve been there since the start and I feel like I see knew faces each time I go to drop off and pick up my dog. I also feel like there is so many new people that I didn’t how my baby is getting taken care of and the activities they are doing now are just not as good and fun any more.
The staff are very helpful and kind. It is obvious that they love dogs. I feel very comfortable that Rain will be well taken care of and get lots of attention during her visits.
The only thing I wish they had was an outside area for the dogs with grass or rocks so they could go potty. Instead the dogs poo and pee inside where they play. However I understand that some dogs are sneaky and could possibly escape.

Great staff my pup loved coming to play.
Katrina spent a great deal of gone with us. She is clearly passionate about dogs and is extremely knowledgeable. She was able to attend to the needs of every guest who entered the door while giving us a tour. The site was immaculate and the dogs seemed to be so happy. The owner was very kind and hands on- even offering bathroom breaks ti his employees and getting dogs out of the rooms when their owners arrived. Every employee was focused on making this a great experience for the dogs and humans!
