I appreciate the care and concern for my dog’s health and safety. I love that Dogtopia has clean rooms, a standard ratio for dog to team member, and cameras to keep an eye on my dog. Finally, I love that the staff always knows who my dog is by name and is excited to see her. I’ve recommended Dogtopia to many of my neighbors.

Rolo always seems happy whenever I check in. Someone is almost always present within a few minutes. Love the cameras in general. The workers always seem to love the animals and give them lots of attention.

Their daycare programs aren’t just a free-for-all; dogs are grouped thoughtfully by size, temperament, and play style, which helps create a safer, less stressful environment. You can tell the team understands canine behaviour, not just basic supervision.
The staff are attentive without being overbearing, and they take the time to learn each dog’s personality, quirks, and needs. Whether it’s remembering your dog’s favourite playmates or noticing subtle changes in mood or energy, that level of detail builds real trust. It doesn’t feel transactional it feels like your dog is known there. That’s how it was my puppy Prada.
Their communication is another strong point. Updates are clear, and the live webcams give you a window into your dog’s day.
On the services side, they cover more than just daycare. Boarding is designed to feel like an extension of the daycare experience rather than a kennel stay, and their spa services add convenience without sacrificing quality. Prada had a puppy accident and they not only cleaned her but gave her a bath without hesitation.
Dogtopia Milton delivers something a lot of pet services promise but don’t always achieve and that’s consistency. Friendly, knowledgeable staff paired with well-run programs make it a place where dogs are excited to return. Prada is new to program and I am looking forward to a long partnership with them. When you have a service that is somewhat similar to many others, it comes down to the”how” not the “what”. They may all have the same service but it takes a well run business to captivate the how. Well done Dogtopia Milton!!
Great environment for our dog
My dog has actual friends he is so excited to see and plays hard!
Other dogtopia locations actually do special events on a regular basis- agility courses, picture days, etc…we know people whose dogs attend other locations and are envious…i used to see lots of bubbles (at least its something) but until last week it had probably been 5-6m since i’ve seen them. Understand with a room of 25-30 dogs doing something special can be complicated but honestly we just see our dog follow the girl in the room around all day. The energy and atmosphere have changed since staff changes occurred in/around christmas. We have considered leaving but options are limited in area and our pup is a creature of habit. We already went through a period where he kept getting bit and do not really want to see that start again elsewhere.
Friendly staff. Love the web cams. Jax is always thrilled to play at Dogtopia. Love the ease of booking appointments.
I love all the different enrichment activities, the employees' enthusiasm, and the facility itself. The dogs all look so happy 🥹
The care and attention my dogs get at Dogtopia is incredibly genuine and real. It’s so obvious how much the staff truly loves the dogs and it’s easy to see that they enjoy thier jobs as well! It is very reassuring knowing my dogs are in a place where they will get the kind of attention they get at Dogtopia!
Daycare is great. Staff are all wonderful. My dog is always so tired... therefore, a happy dog.
They were quickly able to help socialize our dog. We are new to bringing a dog into our lives and wanted to make sure to give him the best life we can. The staff at Dogtopia have been instrumental in helping us do that. They are so friendly, understanding and helpful. I can't imagine taking our new family member anywhere else.
We also love the convenience of having him groomed right on the premises. It helps to reduce the anxiety of taking him to a whole other place.

Staff is great. You can tell they care about the dogs and creating a good experience for them. Our dog has really enjoyed socializing with the other dogs.
Great place run by great people. They "vet" all dogs, pun intended and group them by energy level. Our slightly timid, yet loves to play dog looks forward to it all week.
Better handoff communication if there are issues. I would love daily reports or live updates through the day

Only dogs don’t have enough water i didn’t see any bowls in the room .
When my dog Max came home he was so thirsty he drank full big bowl of water .
My recommendation they should have little water fountain for all dogs they can rich .
I like the flexibility of being able to pick a day each week or switch days. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
I love that I can have my dog stay at Dogtopia and not have to worry about her. Whether it's daycare, boarding or grooming, I know she's being treated with care. The staff is so friendly and really seem to care about the dogs, rather than it just being a job for them. The pictures and activities are a wonderful touch (yes, my dog's pictures all go on the frig before going into the Dogtopia album they gave us!) I absolutely love watching my dog on camera have fun with her BFFs and appreciate that they even have a Facebook page where they post pictures of all of the pups in their outfits.
I appreciate how loving and kind and professional the staff are in their daily operations and in taking care of our pets. I always feel like they go above and beyond to make sure that our babies are happy and healthy.
Everybody there is so nice, my only reason I didn’t give it ac10 is I think some of the bigger dogs in thrbsmall group should move up to the bigger dogs. So few dogs with the big ones and so many littles.
