I feel my Labrador enjoy and gets company and exercise
I love the convenience, however after paying a great amount for the service one thing I’ve noticed after several times visiting is that my dogs nails are never completely done. Some get clipped and some are missed. It’s rather frustrating.
Easy to make an appointment, friendly staff
I really like how friendly and welcoming they are, especially how accepting they’ve been of Travis being a big dog. I always enjoy seeing their smiles when I drop Travis off. It makes me feel good knowing he’s welcomed and cared for.

my dog almost always comes home smelling of urine and has to be bathed frequently. it would be helpful to have her come home smelling clean and fresh and not just sprayed with perfume or wiped down.

After the meet and greet day, my dog’s right eye swelled and almost totally swelled shut. It started going down the next day but took 2/3 days to totally get back to normal. This week Thursday was her first full day. When I picked her up after work she stunk. Smelled like dog poop or dog urine. It was so bad my wife and I had to give her a bath, right away. The odor remained in the house for several hours. I’m sure there can be reasonable explanations but so far it’s two for two.

The staff are exceptional.
Dogtopia is very accommodating. I can bring my dog to daycare and he can get a bath, nail trim, and teeth cleaning while he's there. I also love all of the activities. He's not just there just to be watched while I'm at work. Everyday there's fun activities or different treats. The calendar is full of such fun stuff.
And Valentino gets so excited when we turn the corner and pull into the parking lot. It makes me feel good that he absolutely loves going there.
The people who work there are very friendly. Seem to be knowledgeable about the dogs and sincerely interested in them. Always planning fun dog activities. Never have a problem with charges. Feel so fortunate I found Dogtopia for my dog's daycare . Facility clean also

Please email invoices for services. I always have to ask for an invoice, and sometimes (often) I am overcharged and have to email or call to correct it.
Given the rise in deaths of dogs at daycares and board and trains, I would ask that you consider running the live feeds 24 hours. I'm not sure why the 12-2 break in feed needs to happen, and overnight I'd really like to be able to check in as well. I generally trust the staff but it is so scary to keep reading these stories.
On a positive note, our dog is so happy to go to dogtopia. The staff are always kind and understanding.
I love that my little singleton has a way to socialize with other pups his size. I love to watch him play on the web cam feed. Thank you for keeping all these little minds busy!
It took three times calling over multiple days to get a call back to get on the grooming schedule. The groom took 5 hours and she wasn’t even finished. I was asked to bring her back later to finish it, which I will not be doing. The price was almost $100 for part of a small dog groom?? Absolutely wild. Terrible customer service. No one at the desk and no one to actually answer the phone when I called to check on her after 4 hours of her being there.
It’s very Convenient. I can drop her off for playtime and get her nails done. She loves it there! She’s happy and doesn’t mind going there when we go on vacation.
Dogtopia has been the best daycare I have ever experienced with my two large Labradors, they made extra accommodations for the dogs when I had to drop them off a bit earlier at no cost to me and the staff was fantastic......I would highly recommend their affordable service.

Our dogs are excited to go to Dogtopia, straining at the leash as soon as they get out of the car. Once they get inside, everyone is happy to see them. My dogs happily go with the person to take them into their play area.
I love how the staff knows when Asher is coming and I love how Asher reacts upon arriving. He’s so excited to be there.
