They care about your dog and will do their best to make your dog succeed and have fun at Dogtopia
The cameras seem to be hit and miss as to if they are working or not. There have been many instances where I have tried to see my dogs and the camera were not working. When they do work the quality is very poor. A camera upgrade would be the solution I would suggest. Better quality video amd consistently operational is much needed.

I like that your front staff are so friendly and sweet. They love my dog, too. My dog loves them. I do wish you had an option for every 2 weeks, though. I am on a fixed income and the cost is roughly $200 a month as it stands. That is steep for me. I am not sure how long I can keep coming.
Fantastic and friendly staff, appears very clean, the events are great, very attentive to the dogs. I just wish there was an outdoor outdoors and that unused days in a package could have unlimited rollover

Very happy and staff is excellent!
The people here are amazing and make this a great place for our pup! Our dod has been scared to go into other places, trying to pull and fight to enter into the facility, however here she walks right in without hesitation. She is excited to see everyone and comes home super happy. I love how Dogtopia also has special themed days and also occasionally sends little updates while our pup stays. The people at this location specifically make this a top notch place and I can truly recommend this to anyone with doggie daycare/boarding/and or grooming needs!

Accurate billing has been a challenge but the staff and facilities are great!
Offer daily walks and/or training sessions. More organized play ... when I watch the videos most dogs just seem to be wondering around. Even some encouragement with agility obstacles would be nice. My dog loves these at the play park but needs to be reminded to use them.
The only thing that concerns me a bit is that they use the floor as a bathroom but I know you are quick to clean it up. I was worried Lexi would think it’s ok to do that at home too but she’s fine. She had a great time. We will be back.

People !!! Love the trainer/gardians have for the dogs, plus I even get a report card !! How cool is that :)
Takes care of my dog very well. All the employees are friendly and love dogs.
I liked that the facility requires vaccinations and the meet and greet, so it is a safe space for all of the dogs! I also loved being able to see the dogs on the cameras. Overall, you can tell that all of the employees love their jobs which makes the entire experience enjoyable for the dogs and us as the owners!
