My Dog has been attending Dogtopia part-time for about 5 yrs.
Most of the Associates are very friendly and appear to care about the Dogs.

A few things that have dropped my satisfaction from 10 stars to 6 ☆.
A major factor is how much time the Dogs are locked in the Kennels.
I know it makes it easier for pickup - but frankly - that doesn't impress me. The families pay a LOT for a little already and not so their Dog can sit in a Kennel! They send them to get exercise and play time. Another factor for me is the ODOR. They are swiping at the urine with a dirty mop that sits in a dirty urine filled buckets. I have never once seen anyone spray and treatments or DISINFECTANT during the "swipe" of the puddles - the floor just flat STINKS so badly that my Dog needs a scrub down bath every time so goes.
Even when I pay them to give her a bath before she goes home - she still smells horrible. Just open the front door and UGH.
Kindness, friendly people, cleanliness
Staff is great, especially Larissa. She's super friendly and always welcoming. Only complaint is that after a week, my dog smells really bad from the cleaning chemicals that are used. It's bad. Almost to the point I want to look elsewhere. Hopefully that can be improved.

The staff is incredible! I can tell my dog likes it there. The staff makes a huge impression.
I love the daycare and overnight services. As part of those I love that there are cameras that allow look ins on the pups while we're away. I also love that the staff all love dogs and act in the best interest of the animals and seem to take pet parents information into play while the pets are entrusted to their care.
Chester had the very best time at Dogtopia St. Augustine!! He keeps begging me to take him back!! He met lots of new friends, and was taken such good care of by the staff!! Everyone is super friendly and gave us lots of feedback!! His spa day was amazing and he smelled sooo good!!

Their communication is amazing! My cousin had to go in the hospital and they have gone above and beyond. I can't say enough great things about them. Cinnamon is so very happy there.

The Webcams are not working and no one let me know when I booked, or when I dropped off. One of the reasons I use Dogtopia is the ability to check in on my dog during the day, especially since he has not been to this location for a long period of time.
