The people! They are so kind to our dog and really fun to talk with when I pick her up. I trust them implicitly with our little girl.
Attendants are very careful with dogs. My dog Thelma enjoys her time here and with the various attendants and dogs in the gym. Staff are always on time or early for my 6am drop off and bring Thelma out quickly when i arrive for pickup. Had a minor issue with a full daycare charge when it should have been half day. You corrected the error immediately and credited my account. When I submitted the updated vaccination data for Thelma the day before her last visit attendant updated record immediately and sent me a confirmation when completed. I would make one recommendation for consideration. Thelma is getting older and half days work best for her and for my schedule. I would like to see a discount package for multi half days during the week similar to the one offered for full day.

I like that the staff seem to really enjoy their jobs. They are always friendly at drop-off and pick-up times, even if they are busy. I am happy that they genuinely seem to love my little dog! I also like being able to check in on my little one through the webcam during the day!
Staff goes out of their way to be kind, and friendly. Facility seems safe and is really clean. My dog is happy to get there! And is exhausted when we leave.

Great establishment. Our dog loves going there. The staff are friendly and obvious dog-lovers. You can tell they care about the dogs and are committed to great service. This location is clean and the drop-offs and pick-ups are easy and efficient.

I could not access the webcams for Annie’s entire visit! Very disappointing as she is struggling with a bum leg and I wanted to keep an eye on her.
From the time you make arrangements, the staff is wonderful. The front desk os helpful and they make sure all of the needs are noted. Izzie loves coming here when we visit my son. We come from another state
Jackie's a terrific groomer and I'm glad to I moved up my 12 week grooming cycle to 10 weeks. My dog loves her.

The staff are always friendly and greet my dog with a smile. When I check the web cam throughout the day, I can see the staff cleaning up after the dogs and keeping them calm when playing with one another.

Our dogs love Dogtopia of Cypress. They attend every other Friday and stay all day. I let them know that they are going "school" about 5 minutes prior to leaving the house. The dogs get so excited. When we arrive at Dogtopia, they can't wait to get out of the car and go inside. The staff is very friendly and I know our dogs will be well taken care of while there.

Your staff is very welcoming and caring. They all knew my dog’s name from the first visit onwards. I appreciate the special $99 rate for a month of daycare. It gave us a chance to try it out without having to invest a lot of money if he did not enjoy it. Daycare is a great option for socializing and exercise during the cold winter months! I can also see the value for the hot summers as well. Thanks for making us part of the Dogtopia family!

We love the Waco groomer! The daycare was good this time. We had a rocky start in the beginning but I decided to trust them since we are so impressed by the care my dog gets during his monthly grooming.
