I love seeing the genuine love for dogs by everyone in this location

This was our second visit. Compared to the first, it was disappointing. It smelled strongly of urine and filth when we entered. The cameras were not working on the screen in the lobby nor on the website or app. When I picked him up, I was given no report card or even verbal report of how he did. He also stank like urine. The last straw was yesterday he was diagnosed with kennel cough. This was his only interaction with other dogs. I liked the convenience and social interaction for him but we will not be returning.
Convenient location near Emory. Ability to check in on Luna. Luna loves the social interaction!

The people really seem to care about and like dogs. They make you feel like your dog is as special to them as she/ he is to you.
Only pictures on one day. I was told she would board individually and there would be a camera in her room. She had an infection from licking while she was there and had to go to the vet. Before I realized this and asked for another boarding time, I was completely ignored.
My puppy loves going to Dogtopia to play with her puppy friends. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Customer service was good and the app/cameras were really nice. We would prefer the dog is taken outside to potty since we are still house training in order to not reinforce negative habits. For that reason we may look for a different boarding service while training our dog.
