I was surprised by the light weight of the crank I purchased. I dropped more than 2lbs off my kid's mountain bike by upgrading from the old steel 90's 2x front crank to the Trek single 28T. Simpler, 1/3rd the weight, cleaner looking, better ratio for a kid's mountain bike. Also appreciated the shipping to my LBS.

This is my first Trek bicycle and my experience with ordering it online shipped directly to me could not have been any better! I was nervous about the partial assembly, but the included instructions and light tools made everything super simple

I’ve put 80 miles on my new Trek FX Sport SL 4 thus far and couldn’t be happier with it; the smiles per mile are very high when riding it. It is exactly as described, so props to Trek for truth and accuracy with its descriptions.

I look forward to riding it fo at least the next couple of years before possibly moving to one of Trek’s endurance bikes.

I’m happy with my purchase price. Somewhat disappointed that both bikes were damaged due to inappropriate packaging. They had damage which has delayed my delivery date.

We tested our selected e-bikes and liked the bikes. We were able to take advantage of your sales price by ordering on line and having bike delivered to a trek cycle shop a half mile from our home. The cycle shop built bikes and we were able to pick up ready to ride. Cycle shop demonstrated the bikes and answered all of our questions,

My bike I was ordered home delivery was unexpected damaged during delivery, Trek support react immediately and solve everything real quick, personal thanks to Brian, as my bike was at closeout 2025 model and there was no replacement, Brian suggest replace with 2026 with no charge for me. I was so glad and now I have a perfect bike and Bday gift for my wife! Thank you Trek! Highly recommend!
