Shopping for my third FX, it was nice to see all of the variations and available options online, rather than browsing a limited selection at my local Trek Bikes shop. I picked out the model I wanted and had it shipped to the store. They assembled and prepped the bike for me. The FX2 Gen4 is a major upgrade from my c.2015 FX7.2. In SE Pennsylvania in early January, I was able to take the bike up to the trail for a test ride and it went beautifully. Can't wait for better bike weather.

Found the part I needed and it was shipped promptly to my local store. It was nice to not pay shipping with in-store pickup for a small item.
I purchased items through Trekbikes.com and have been totally satisfied. The items have been sent to me within a few days.
I purchased a Project One bicycle in October and received it in December. My only complaint is that I have not received my welcome gift for buying a Project One bicycle.
This precluded me from purchasing a Project One pump, which was on sale for $499.00 instead of $599.00, through Trekbikes.com. I was not sure if I needed to be a member prior to purchasing the pump.

I like the brand and my bike. I think the website could make finding equipment for my bike easier such as accessories or spare parts.
Bikes are well made and with proper maintenance will serve the rider well for many years. My Emonda is over 10 years old and continues to give a good ride. Trek is lucky to have a dealer like Outspokin in Columbia SC. Brian Curran and his staff are great people to work with and always give conscientious support and service.
