Great, convenient service. I ordered a derailleur hanger online and it came quickly. I unfortunately ordered the wrong one (why are there so many?) So I went to the local Trek store. Not only did they have the correct one, but took the one I bought online and refunded me.
My local bike shop, Bicycle Toy and Hobby, in High Point NC, are the best, and they took care of me with my Checkpoint and Top Fuel purchase. Now I’m placing my Project One Madone order. Yes, they are amazing and Trek’s support and how they stand behind their products is beyond comparisons. No one can match Trek’s warranty, but that is only one part, the quality is unsurpassed, and Trek does not bring anything to market unless it is proven and something they will stand behind. I love my Trek’s and my friends at Bicycle Toy and Hobby. For the record, Dolly, Dan, Dale, and Derrick Jennings at Bicycle Toy and Hobby are absolutely the best at caring for their customers, promoting cycling, and putting folks on the best bike, a Trek of course. Now that I think about it… probably time to upgrade my gravel bike also… Project One Checkmate is the only way to go.
