I buy from Trek because I know that my Trek Domane SLR9 will get genuine replacement parts, not like some sources that sell counterfeit parts. It took me a while to understand how to make a purchase that is shipped to my home. The default is the authorized Trek dealership near me. I think your website is a bit clunky.
