I purchased a Project One bicycle in October and received it in December. My only complaint is that I have not received my welcome gift for buying a Project One bicycle.
This precluded me from purchasing a Project One pump, which was on sale for $499.00 instead of $599.00, through Trekbikes.com. I was not sure if I needed to be a member prior to purchasing the pump.

I like the brand and my bike. I think the website could make finding equipment for my bike easier such as accessories or spare parts.
Bikes are well made and with proper maintenance will serve the rider well for many years. My Emonda is over 10 years old and continues to give a good ride. Trek is lucky to have a dealer like Outspokin in Columbia SC. Brian Curran and his staff are great people to work with and always give conscientious support and service.

Easy peasy to order the exact bike I wanted rather than be forced to buy a LBS stock bike. If they had my bike in stock I would have got it there but most bike stores have limited stock. My 1st Trek. Hope I love it as much as my Cannondale.

Trekbikes.Com is a diversified site containing a lot of things a cyclist could use. Honestly, I consider the prices a little high compared to like or same merchandise elsewhere.
