Easy to find the right size and style bike I wanted. Although there was a failure to send a shifter charger with the bike, customer support remedied it by sending one to me.

At first I wasn’t sure about it as it was difficult to place my order, then when order arrived only 2 of the 6 items were present in the order. It was a holiday weekend and couldn’t reach customer service right away so I was a little stressed. However to my surprise the customer service right away rep dealt with my problem right away and sent me a replacement order. Trek Bike on Battleground is my go to place for repairs, service and merchandise. Pretty much anything concerning bikes. They don't just sell bikes, but are a great place to go for advise and service.

I really like that I am able to get the item shipped to a nearby bike shop to pick up and save on shipping charges.
